Just received the retired Ocean Images bracelet. I ordered both the sparkling seas and black seas and are beautiful! Can't stress enough how beautiful John Medeiros Jewelry is. I think I have most of his silver pieces. Thanks to my sister in-law for introducing me to this beautiful and affordable jewelry.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I have been reaching out to John Mederios via email as well as by phone numerous times regarding a return they received on December 10th and I still have not received my credit for this item or a response to the numerous messages I have left for them. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Lesson learned, I will never buy from this company again and I strongly suggest you think long and hard before you do.

Having a very hard time with this company that’s why they get a one. their customer service does not return calls, we sent back a piece of jewelry months ago and it has yet to be resolved it is very frustrating and I would think twice before ordering. our RA number is 20859 please resolve this issue Immediately. Our piece of jewelry was $200 it was put back into their inventory and the funds were never sent to my sister shame on them.
