My son had just purchased a 94 Camaro Z28, took it to Sound FX for Windows being tinted & the front Headlight Covers. They called & said that there might be an issue with the back Hatch Window Tint, they said due to welding that was performed on the car had spit weld spatter onto the back glass that the tint would appear bubbly! I still decided to go through with it, & let me just say, Above and Beyond the car looks incredible the Tint is amazing & so doesn’t the light covers, once again these guys amaze me with there skills & the Camaro looks absolutely Evil with the dark Tint & light covers on a red car! AMAZING Sound FX

Not Happy I Wanted A Serious High Powered Sound System in my vehicle . Alpine f-511 Head Unit Alpine RSV 10 x2 inch Sub Woofers Alpine Dash Cam Alpine 3000 Watt Amplifier 2 Alpine PWX 5 Powered SubWoofers All In The Box !! And I Was Going To Purchase 2 Pair Of Alpine Status 6.5 Speakers And A Top Of The Line Viper Security System ... Fools I've Had my ADS Speakers 2 pair in there for 25 yrs And There Still Solid and sound Great , NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with my Sound Systems . There Response we can't warranty anything you don't buy . There's already a warranty with the components I Purchased. So Between The Speakers Alarm System and the Labor install they would have had a good week . The Gentleman I Spoke To Was Nice. But !!! There policy SUCKS giving this experience a 1 star ...

I asked Nick about installing a power lift gate on a Toyota CHR and he was very polite and took his time to explain how it would be done and also how long it would take and when the job was done Nick called me and he explained everything when I got there how to use he is a great person and also his staff definitely go back again he did a great job and great personality.

Beware if your job doesn't go well!I had a satellite radio installed in my car at the East Providence location.Soon after it came lose and tangled in the steering mechanism. Cost me over $400 to repair and properly re-install. When I called the manager, he instantly deflected responsibility. These guys look good on the surface, but if things go wrong and you don't want to spend more money on lawyers, I'd try another dealer.

Soundfx installed an all new audio system on the first floor of my Restaurant (Res American Bistro). I came into it not really know much about audio but Matt was great. He did a walkthrough and we talked about the issues and what the end result should be. They kept me updated while the ordered all the product and set side extra time for the project so it could be done right. Manny & Dylan who did the physical install were always on time and very knowledgeable and communicative about what was needed to complete the job correctly, they did a great job. The system looks and functions just how I wanted it to. Great service and I would very much recommend them.

Highly recommend Sound FX. They put a new music system in my sons car and he could not be happier. Nick explained to my son how everything worked, showed him each new option and was very patient. They were timely and efficient in getting the work done. Great work!

Had a starter installed in my 2021 Tacoma today. Dropped off at 8:30 and picked it back up at 3pm. Great customer service, very responsive. Happy with the device.

So when i needed bass added to my factory system. I knew where to go SFX. They have a great rep and did super work for me in the past. My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed LOW end in the worst way. I Strolled into sound FX East Prov and told the salesman what i wanted and he pointed me in the the direction of Kenwood. I grew up knowing about Kenwood and was a fan (not for bass) but surprise! surprise! the 12' sub and Box hit like a Mule Kick. next on my list is to add another amp and better speakers. Thank You Sound FX very Happy Customer!!!! Welp ! Went back to SFX for my speaker upgrade. Again they didn't miss. Because i have a very good ear for sound (DJ) I knew how I wanted my Jeep to sound. Pioneer Separates up front coax in back with Kenwood 12" sub all powered by JBL and JL audio. The Jeep "BOUNCES" The sound is absolutely delicious!!!
