My wife and I recently brought a new car from here. The whole process was easy and we felt heard! We were lucky enough to work with Selena, and I can’t say enough good things about her and her approach. We were very open that we were still looking, it was our first stop on our journey to find a new car, but we didn’t feel pressured to make a deal that day. Eventually we decided the Tiguan was for us, so we called Selena and she had everything ready! Selena was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the sales process, next steps, and much more. I’ll also say the paperwork and signing process was easy too. Scott did a great job of walking us through everything, and again, we didn’t feel pressured to sign up for extra items if we didn’t want to. Would definitely recommend this dealership and ask for Selena - you’ll be in good hands!

I recently had my front fenders replaced as part of VWs rust protection plan. I am highly satisfied by the work completed. I rented a 2024 Taos to drive to see if I would like it, and did. I had decided it was time for my fourth VW! I have been a loyal customer since 1994! I returned the car early at 8:30 am on a Wednesday morning. This morning, I received a call that I had run through a red light on that Wednesday and as a result, it would be reported to a credit agency. I was told there were photos. I don’t even live near the area where the photo was taken and hadn’t driven there. About an hour later, I received a call that the ticket was later in the day and someone must have driven the car without signing out the vehicle. I know we all make mistakes, but after being a loyal customer for 30 years, it was disheartening to be accused initially. I’m now left pondering if I should stay a loyal customer or go elsewhere for my next VW.

I was traveling from Florida and the car overheated near Scott VW. I was able to drive in. In about an hour they diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and put me in a rental car.
The works was completed the next morning and done within the estimate.
P.S. the warranty was long expired.
