I’m sad to say that while I think the jewelry is lovely, I had a difficult experience with customer service. The company posted pictures of a ring in which I was interested. They communicated that while they had sold out of that item, they would search to see if they had any pieces of that ring left in their inventory. They emailed again to say they had two left but that they ‘weren’t the right size’ (I had suggested I may need a size 6 and their back inventory ring was a size 7) and that they were ‘adding them to their Etsy site’. Their Etsy site has nearly 1000 listings and I found it difficult to find the item. I asked them repeatedly for a link to the actual listing and they never sent it. The fact that they told me the ring was too large for my purposes was also off-putting as clearly I could have added a ring spacer. In the end, they did the hunting for the ring for me specifically because of my request, they arbitrarily determined it wasn’t right for me, listed it without offering me a link to the listing and then sold it to someone else before I could make a purchase. Is this the kind of company with which you want to do business?

Bought a ring and within a month, the gold had worn off. Looks horrible now. I'm retired and don't use harsh chemicals. It just rubbed off. Not happy with purchase.

I was very very impressed! Running a business is very very hard nowadays, don't let employees like this ruin it.

Drove an hour to get here and there is no physical location. Google says they have a physical address in East Providence and that they have in store shopping. On calling their number there is no answering service letting people know there is no store. Please fix your google listing and update your message machine. Thanks!
