⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Exceptional Care and Convenience!I cannot say enough positive things about this primary walk-in clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members were incredibly attentive, and the care I received was nothing short of exceptional.The clinic's atmosphere is welcoming and soothing, which immediately put me at ease. The healthcare professionals demonstrated genuine care and expertise, taking the time to address all my concerns and provide me with comprehensive guidance.I will certainly be returning for any future healthcare needs.

Hardly ever write reviews. This place tried to run my credit card 8 times in a row to cover a balance without contacting me. They tried 8 different amounts to get the credit card to go through - knowing that if it went through it clearly would overdraft me. All for $80. I called them and asked them how they thought this was ethical to do and I told them to delete the credit card on file. After that phone call, the woman has the audacity to continue to run my credit card on file. There’s a reason I give medical facilities my cashapp card, because of unethical places like this.

Love this facility. The staff are caring, kind and compassionate. They are able to complete a variety of basic tests in house including lab work, which I appreciate. The lab technicians are gentle and calm. My PCP, Kelsey, is thorough, as are the other practitioners I have met with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new primary center or urgent care/walk in!

Very convenient! I use this office as my primary care and for drop in urgent care type visits. Staff is great. Hours make it easy to fit medical appointments around my work schedule.

I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The staff is caring, highly skilled and extremely compassionate. It's nice receive such great care. I didn't feel like I was just a number in the deli line at Stop n Shop.In short, my experience was outstanding. The combination of great staff, great care, and a very clean clean facility makes this primary care facility deserving of a 5-star rating.

This place is top notch! I started going here recently because I had a hard time finding a primary physician after my original one retired. The staff is very efficient, and professional. I thought I was going to have to wait forever but I got in very quick and was treated by Dr. V who was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He looks younger but after a 10 minute convo you can tell he is very experienced and has been in the field for years. I have seen 2 other doctors at this clinic and they were both equally as good and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for quality medical services.

Moved here from the south & finding new health provider is challenging. My daughter who has pre-existing conditions needed care quickly and this clinic provided it w an A+! I have now gone as my primary solution and see Kelsey Hayes PA-C who is awesome ??. They are very busy and serve our area with great expertise & dedication. Please be patient & appreciate how hard the whole staff work from front desk to the lab which is within the building. Makes my life easier!

I cannot say enough about this clinic! It's impossible to find a primary care physician for some reason so I came to this clinic to have my issues addressed immediately. There was a line out the door upon arrival at 9am but the staff was very efficient and managed to get everyone checked in and seated in the waiting room quickly. In listening to the staff interacting with the patients, I noticed that everyone was kind and treated each person with respect. I waited only about 10 minutes to see the doctor who was amazing. As a woman, I was happy to get a female doctor too. Dr. Hayes was kind and patiently listened to my issues and concerns and talked me through what was happening. I was so happy to hear that she could be my PCP too! I had some blood work done on site (which was also quickly and efficiently done) and will be back to see Dr. Hayes in about a week to go over my labs. This is honestly the best medical experience I've had! Being treated with kindness, empathy and respect when you're dealing with health issues is a lost art. I'm so glad I ran into this facility!

Dr V, his staff & other physicians are 100% professional. The Quality of care is something you don’t find any more. Medically knowledgeable at a high level. Friendly & caring as a Dr to patient. Front office staff also work hard and efficiently. Wait times minimal including when busy.Two ear drums up.

I was very pleased and comfortable with the office staff when it came to answering the questions about my personal care and the reason for my visit. When I showed the doctor my wound on my left leg she knew what it was and explained why I was getting this and she gave me some people's names to go see about my wound. She made me very comfortable during the visit and I will be returning to this place when I have to come again. That's why this place is getting a 5 Star review. Check them out the next time you need medicle help.

Ok so call them ask them to see me,gave my name and said sure they can! Then get their and tell my bf they can’t see me because 6 yrs ago I verbally threatened a NP, I discharged myself and it’s their policy! I’m confused!I remember verbatim, the NP said I didn’t have strep and wasn’t even gonna do a test, my words were how would you feel if someone was slicing your throat with chards of glass? Hmm not a threat to me! I would like to be contacted by the medical director asap!

Extremely professional, extremely caring and extremely thorough! First class facility with excellent caring staff. Top notch front desk/check in personnel who were very efficient and personable. I noticed that the staff here are some of the most friendly individuals you'll ever meet, and they work together seamlessly to ensure that your visit is as efficient and stress-free as possible. Medical staff were knowledgable, focused and clearly explained the process. Overall, one of the best health care experiences! Dr V and the entire staff are the most accommodating, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable medical staff I have ever encountered. They're accommodating if you're unable to make an appointment and will always try to fit you in they, understand people have very busy lives. Bravo to the entire staff.
