I called about my cat. They have a answering machine. No call back at all. I need help with my cat who's sick. At the moment I'm going thru breast cancer and can't afford to see my own vet. Cancer sucks all your funds. .. my poor baby he's eating more now. But he still needs to be seen. Why bother with a damn machine and you do t return the damn call.

Well I have been going to Pets in Need for Several years now, I am a responsible Dog owner. Took my dogs to get the necessary vaccinations, they are ready to escort one Dog at a time and when the Dr. had her hand operated on for a broken finger with lots of Bandages wrapped around her whole hand with a splint also can not preform the tasks that had previously asked to be preformed was not met but , paid for. That's not all the front desk attendants lie to people that are calling in to get information pertaining to their pets, With terrible service, Should not be attending to clients at the front desk because they are idiots behind a desk also took one of them at least Forty-five minutes and was charged for services that they had not preformed, It is not for the low income clients very unsatisfied with this Business all together. I WILL NOT RETURN EVER AGAIN. NEED PLEASANT EMPLOYEES.

Pets in need it’s such a great vet for low income assistance, they are so kind , kris the receptionist was so friendly and helpful provided me with the soonest appointment available, Dr.Krane was the sweetest vet I ever met , treated my fur baby like if it was one of her own. Brought in my 12 year old Shitzu Sophie wasn’t feeling well for weeks, did couple of testings, prescribed her medicine gave her fluids , did get better for few days but she was weak struggling had no energy, we spoke about putting her down this week because of her age, nothing else could be done. She passed on Friday before taking her in yesterday , saddest day of my life. But my fur baby is no longer suffering.
Thank you Dr.Krane for such a nice experience and being the sweetest doctor to my fur baby ???? RIP 05-31-2024

They are so kind, so caring. I know each individual has their own experience, but mine was amazing. They have been great with buddy, our family dog. We just lost his mom from heart failure a few months ago and found out that buddy also has heart issues. They did the necessary testing at an affordable cost ( based on income/assistance) and helped us get him on the right medication. Thank God he is doing better now. I know my whole family is so grateful ? to them all! They have amazing staff and doctors, and I love how they help those who love their pets as family. So many people struggle to afford vet care, and this organization helps with that. I am so glad they are there! Thank you for all you do! ❤️

I was able to take my kitty here (there's a long waiting list!) But it was really worth it. I'm disabled and on a tight budget, but the costs were much more inexpensive than our former vet. Everyone was so kind and the tech and vet were really wonderful to us. It was the 2nd time my kitty had seen a vet, so he was a little nervous, but they were able to keep him calm.

We had to give our sweet Daisy "Snoodle " to The Rainbow Bridge today 01/02/2024. They were very accommodating, kind, and compassionate! Our family was lucky enough to have our Snoodle for 9 wonderful years. We guess her age between 11-13 as we don't know too much about her past and what we do know was not very good! She had 7 years until cushings grabbed hold! They(PIN) gave us 2 more years with our sweet girl and gave her the peace she deserved at the end!!! Thank you to the vets, techs, and all the staff at Potter League Pets In Need!!!
