I bought a corvette from Paul Masse Chevrolet back in 2014 and had Aaron Tirrell as my salesman. When the new Z06 came out I knew it was time to upgrade, & came back to see Aaron, to only find out it would take time before I could actually get the new corvette.. I was put on what Aaron calls “the list” I would call or text Aaron every so many months for well over a year, to see if I moved up on this list and the answer was always “not yet”… and never once was Aaron not available to take my call or answer me back, despite the amount of times I called/texted him.
This past June, Aaron finally called me with great news & told me I made it to the top of the list and had a short period of time to put my car together. No matter how many questions or calls I placed to Aaron regarding color, wheels, fabric etc, he always was right there to answer them or get back to me. Aaron would keep me updated with the process of my corvette, from the minute it went into production, to being finished and delivered, to expediting the final touches I had wanted on my car, by the service department, in order for me not to have to wait any longer to drive off in my new car.
There isn’t a more dedicated salesman to his clients, Aaron ranks top of the line, that’s why I returned to Paul Masse Chevrolet to buy my new corvette because I knew Aaron would be there to help me out and make sure I got everything I wanted in/for my car.
Thank you Aaron Tirrell for all your help and dedication in making my dream of owning a Z06 become a reality.

Very disappointed! Visited dealership today walked into showroom. No one said hello absolutely no greeting. I walked lot looking for Corvettes after 20 minutes found another showroom with corvettes Very impressive but still no help. Gentlemen talking on phone ( private call) I don't mind but a hello would have been nice. I started to head back over to main showroom walked past another salesperson I said hi and I got a grunt back yes a grunt. So sad a business is run like this, because very nice display and the lot looked great and the corvette display very impressive. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing a new Corvette from Paul Masse.

my experience was amazing! I worked with Shaun Joseph of Paul Masse in providence and was extremely happy with the entire process. he was knowledgeable about everything I had questions about and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I had never bought a new car before so his calm demeanor made me feel confident in what I was buying. the professionalism I received was top notch and again couldnt be happier with my new Colorado Trail Boss!

Paulmasse Chevrolet's service department provided excellent care, though it took a bit longer than a quick lube place. The extra time was well worth it for the thorough and professional service I receive. Highly recommend for a quality experience.
