I do not appreciate the way that Kevin was talking to me or the other employee there today, I'm not aware of auto lingo but I had pointed on a picture mentioning "circle thingy" and he had called me childish, I decided to return it and not look for the right parts due to the terrible service I received from Kevin today at around 3:45pm on July 26th, and will be contacting corporate office to address his mistreatment of employees and customers.

I had a warranty of 2 years and they refused to let me return it after I figured out I bought the wrong thing and the person at the counter was not helping at all jsuss was at the counter and wasn’t helping anyone I have the paper and I will be putting a photo of my waranty and when I bought it I will also be going to complain about you to the city hall because this is not legal to refuse my warranty nobody should buy from this shop if the warranty they provide doesn’t even get used.

I have had questionable experience’s with O’reilly’s at other locations in the past. But I figured Id give this location a chance. Needed Help Finding the right oil Filter for my car and something for scratch’s on my car. Victoria went above and beyond. she found the right oil filter I needed and the perfect products for the scratches took them right out. She quickly helped me locate the right catalytic converter. I never had a better experience at any auto parts location. She was extremely friendly and hundred percent knows what she’s talking about. she completely restored my faith with O’Reillys. I will definitely be coming back For future purchases

Went in 2 days ago and seems to have to new people in there and one person was very helpful and his name was Adam and Shawn was very helpful and gave me some information to help make my vehicle run better.

They have everything you need, prices are fair but the service is what stands them apart. If you need a wiperblade or lights - they'll install them right then and there. Good group of people.
