This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the store staff, their knowledge and helpfulness. I came looking for a smart trainer and was pleased that they had a set up in the store that I could try with a trainer running Zwift. I ended up getting the trainer based on the ability to “test drive” one and based on discussions with the staff. Special kudos to my salesman Cory!

The best resource you have is your staff knowledge, friendliness, and ability to support your customers. Originally, I was not a trek customer, after conversations with staff about bikes I can say I have become a fan and in 1 year have the Emonda, Domane and a Marlin bike. From the team members to the manager, they're all exceptional and are becoming like family. Having people, you trust to work on your bikes and offering the advice on products or services from very knowledgeable people in the field is huge. Special thank you to Adam and his team for taking the time to explain everything in detail even if I stopped by several times to make sure i was making a good decision. Thank you again, from Bravo

I only need the wheel fixed and was told that the bike would probably have to stay overnight, but when I got there, they fixed it right there and then. Oh, they were busy at the time with multiple customers and all were being addressed. Very efficient group.

EVERYTHING! Yes, I shouted that. Trek Bicycle East Providence is outstanding. You offer excellent customer service and individual attention to every single person's needs. As a novice casual rider I feel as valued as the riders who know all the lingo and are up to date on current trends. The attention to detail in the service of bikes is impeccable. The only place I will go for all my family's cycling needs!

The staff at East Providence Trek were all very friendly and helpful.There was a good range of bikes in stock for me to check out and ask questions of the staff regarding what would work best for me and my riding goals.The purchasing process was very straight forward and easy.The bike arrived at the shop quickly and was set up perfectly by the staff.

NBX Bikes of East Providence is formally East Providence Cycle. Although the name changed you'll find employees that have worked there 17 years and they know bikes. A good selection of well made road, cruising and mountain bikes. The bike repair and service here is outstanding. Good selection clothes, bike helmets and gear. And Bike Rentals! All summer long! Update! I just purchased a Dual Sport bike and it's soooooo nice. All the brake wires are hidden inside - such a clean design. If you're looking for a bike - you need to check them out.

Taylor was great in assessing an issue I was experiencing with shifting. He took the time to dig deeper and then educate me on some maintenance suggestions. He treated me like I was the only customer in the world despite a line of customers waiting. The extra care was very appreciated considering safety issues I had experienced prior to bringing the bike in.
