Very pleased with full level 2 service including new tires, chain, brakes and pedals. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and I'm happy to recommend Trek in East Prov to anyone looking to buy a bike or have service done.

I had a great experience at Trek Bicycle in EP. They helped select the perfect bike for me. Josh was particularly helpful and flexible. I wanted to change the tires out and he didn't hesitate to accommodate me.

I only need the wheel fixed and was told that the bike would probably have to stay overnight, but when I got there, they fixed it right there and then. Oh, they were busy at the time with multiple customers and all were being addressed. Very efficient group.
