I've been a customer for many years. The staff at this location in East Providence are pretty awesome. They greet every customer with a smile, always fix my issue and answer my questions without making me feel rushed.
The crew at this location are a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the great customer service they provide

UPDATE 6/28/24: Spoke to Rose today from envision wireless who is the parent company of this location. She was appalled at how this played out and is taking immediate action. I am being refunded and still given the case! I didn't have to go to the store in question. Thank you Rose for being so helpful and kind.
The store manager promised me goods she charged me for and never delivered. She refused to refund me. Her newest employee (tall guy with hat on) told me to "sit down and calm down and wait for my refund." Spoiler alert I never got the refund after 30 minutes of waiting and I wasn't even angry. I will never visit this location again but my attorney might. They still owe me a refund. I'd say avoid this store at all costs.

G u y help me today. Wonderful man. Had problem with my phone going very slow did not know what to do went through and cleared out a lot of unneeded apps case c a c h e. And other things running in the background. Now my phone is like brand new. The speed is back. I could not take pictures a few minutes ago and now it snaps right away to take the pictures. So thank you very much Guy for helping me out. Wonderful man very nice personality is willingness to help me it's just amazing Thank you again and you have a nice day

Went in for a new phone of course they didn't have the one I wanted but was displaying it, bought it because I had no choice as my screen was cracked and need phone for work. Paid for it and wouldn't you know NO PHONE CASES even though it comes with package deal. The girl said someone from another store would bring it over at 11:30 about an hour away. I had no choice but to leave and come back as I had appointments. Came back at 3 pm and NO ONE BROUGHT IT asked for a refund of just the cost of case so I could go to store and buy one myself and they refused to give me one. I cancelled plans to get back here today because I'm so afraid of dropping this phone (medical conditions) and they tell me come back tomorrow we will have it then. I have them all the money today for a service that was promised TODAY. I asked for the owners info and they refused that's as well! What kind of scam are they running here?

I went in for help and all the employees was very helpful and friendly I've met dilia the store manager and also felix a store associate that was also very helpful the staff was very courteous nice and well mannered and the environment was very clean the music was soothing I highly appreciate the services and the experience would be recommended thanks again

Never open when supposed to be in the am. Waited 45 min, went for a coffee and returned and still no one. This has happened several times and now I'm done going! If your late 5 or 10 min then I wouldn't mind but hour and more each time just becomes annoying. I was not the only person waiting who left!!

Disclaimer: This review is LOCATION SPECIFIC! This is NOT how I feel about Metro as a whole.
I have been to this location twice. Once to get a refund for Home internet (as unlimited data is not yet available in my area), and I went again today for assistance transferring my Apple ID to my new phone… and both times I was helped by Dilia. She is the EPITOME of a great Manager. She knows EXACTLY what she’s doing and gets RESULTS, QUICK!! Dilia is SMART, kind and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE- SHE IS THE SOLE REASON that I haven’t cancelled my Metro account yet. I am very grateful for Stellar service and I will ONLY go to THIS METRO when SHE is working!!
If Corporate was smart, they’d put Dilia in charge of training Managers NATIONALLY for Metro.

I visited this location on Saturday 2/3/24 at around 6:00pm to pay my phone bill. I usually pay my bill online because of bad in store experiences in the past. However, the gentleman working there tonight was awesome! He greeted me upon entry even though he was busy with another customer. He was extremely friendly and professional. Even wished me a blessed night! This employee is the best I've ever experienced at a MetroPcs store. I think I'll be visiting this location more often! Thank You for your great customer service!!

Had the best experience there today from start to finish. Sam was so helpful and explained all my options in helpimg me figure out the best phone and plan for me. Customer service like that is so rare these days!! He was wonderful thank you Sam!

Had the best experience at this location with Ali. She was knowledgeable and assisted me with the purchase of my phone. She not only assisted but got me the best plan for my needs. If that wasn't enough, she went above and beyond and even assisted pairing my phone and vehicle when I couldn't get the device to recognize my vehicle. Thank you to Ali again for your five star customer service and her coworker Sam for making this an enjoyable experience.

Walked in, no one says anything. Waited behind 1 other customer for over 20 min just to pay my bill. 1 girl working w the customer in front of me while 1 guy walked in from outside, didn't say anything to anyone, just started munching on a slim jim leaning on the end of the counter; I didn't even think he worked there until 20 min go by & he took 2 steps to behind the counter to finally say "Can I help u?"; evidently he was finishing his break. I will say he was able to handle cashing me out for both of my bills. But it seemed like he was either very new at the job or just really didn't care. I been w Metro for over 10 years. Can we get w the program people?

My wife and I have been customers since 2009. Just went there on August 24th in the morning right when they opened @10:00 a.m. to replace my broken phone. I was politely greeted by the reps. I was served by Alli she was great. BEST SERVICE EVER !!!
