I had a jacket I was attempting to return (probably a month out of season, no more) and the young blonde girl with an accent was so rude about it. Her manager with the super short brunette hair also sat behind her and giggled while she told me she “would NOT” (not couldn’t) process it for me because “it’s like really really old”. She didn’t even check the tag to see if it was still in the system. My issue isn’t even not taking the return, I completely understand policy is policy…but fix the attitude on your employees. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location but this alone will keep me from coming back to this one.
