Best jeweler there is anywhere! I was born and raised in Rhode Island where all my family bought jewelry from MRT and recently moved to Florida 5 years ago and recently bought an engagement ring all the way from Florida! David did amazing with the design. My fiancé was so happy with everything and I want to thank MRT for everything they did for me and my family!

Wow! I have been a customer at MRT for years, and my mom was a customer for decades before! John has been amazing and so helpful! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from him, and he made our wedding bands as well! He is so knowledgeable, helpful, creative and friendly. My fiancé and I will continue to only go to MRT for any and all of our jewelry needs! We have been more than satisfied with the pieces we have had bought, made and fixed at MRT, with the help from John! Anything you envision, John will help create it! We have full trust in John, and he has been so genuine and supportive throughout the process!

Had my engagement ring & wedding band enlarged. Excellent service! From the time I dropped it off it took 26 hours and I received a call saying they were ready since they do service in house. Joan took time with me to make sure the new size was correct. I highly recommend this jewelry store. You won’t be disappointed.

After speaking with David, he knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out to his high quality diamond specialist to find me the perfect stone. He called me back in to view the diamond in the setting I chose, and I was immediately sold. Absolutely the best quality around, they are great to work with, they back their jewelry, and you get it all at a very good price. I shopped around quite a bit and MRTs was by far the best quality for the best price. Well done team MRT. Thank you so much, my fiancé was BLOWN AWAY.

You won't be disappointed! After visiting several shops, we found that MRT offers the perfect combination of exceptional customer service and an amazing selection. Not only did they have what we were looking for, but they also beat competitor prices. We initially purchased our engagement ring here, and later returned for our wedding bands due to our incredible experience. A HUGE shoutout to John - he's phenomenal! John's attentiveness, willingness to accommodate, and patience were unparalleled. He never rushed or pressured us into a purchase, and even went out of his way to ensure our order arrived in time for a special occasion. We can't speak highly enough of MRT and John. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!

MRT is a hidden RI gem, perfect combo of shopping local & small family business that built their name on quality. John was my salesman and was terrific, he had the owner join our conversation and found myself walking away w/ a custom piece of jewelry. You will NOT get this level of personalization and service at other big name jewelers. I was pleasantly surprised at their super high end capabilities. This is a must stop place when you are looking for special jewelry!

David was totally inappropriate and attempted to over charge for a “custom” ring that was from a mold he sold in the store. I went to Zales and will get an actual custom ring for 3k cheaper! Don’t waste your time!

I had a horrible experience with David who was totally in appropriate with me and asked for $7k. He did not even give me the options I wanted or a custom ring. I went to zales and getting an actual custom ring for $3k cheaper and nicer material!

I stopped by this morning and after pathetically and stepped up and spoke with associate. I spoke with very courteous rep about I was inquiring about process of an engagement ring that was appraised by MRT on selling it. She said surething and let me ask owner David who was standing behind at work area. I could see him wave it off and say don't have time too busy. She returned saying I needed to make an appointment. I work in customer service you treat everyone with respect and courtesy no matter who you are! People do notice!
