Joe is amazing. My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Joe's. My car needed a new power steering pump and new front rotors and brakes. I stopped at Joe's early afternoon yesterday to make an appointment. He happened to have a cancellation and told me he could look at my car right then! An hour or so later he called me and explained in detail what my car needed to have done and quoted me a super fair price. Another hour or so and the car was ready. I have not a doubt in my mind that anywhere else I went I would have been charged double. I was fortunate someone cancelled because Joe is quite busy and I may not have gotten an appointment for a couple of weeks. The car steering and brakes are working perfect. Joe is a gentleman, has very reasonable prices and explains everything in great detail. I will be going there for all future car work. I have already recommended him to two friends. Thanks Joe!!!

This is a big thank you to Joe's Automotive Services for your expertise, honesty, and customer service. Joe went above and beyond to get me an appointment as soon as possible, he got my car in found out what it needed and gave me a very reasonable quote, I okayed it and it was done by the end of the day. Joe has been one of my customers for years, now I'm one of his for life. Excellent service by him and his crew, very trustworthy and knowledgable. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did, you won't be disappointed.

This is truly the best mechanic shop in the state of Rhode Island and probably the country as well. Joe is the most honest and straightforward mechanic I've ever met and has helped me so many times with repairs and diagnosing my vehicle. His services are the most dependable I've ever seen. Wish I found Joe years ago. Best experience I’ve had with a shop in a long time. Joe was pleasant, honest, and professional. Quoted me an accurate price for the repair and was very clear about when he would be able to get to it. When the day came, the repair was timely and my air conditioner works great. Joe is one of the best. Treats you like a friend. Always confirms before doing anything unexpected work needed. Reasonable prices. Will remain a customer until I no longer drive. Always tell anyone I know to go there. He and his crew are pros, if they can’t do something, they will send you to someone that they trust.

I went to Ed's for exhaust leak and gas line leaking and oil change he said be here at 3pm I got there at 3 he took me right away there was no gas line leaking and he did the other work in 40 minutes and the price was 80.00 for the oil change and fixed exhaust leak car running great really this guy is honest and down to earth and him and his other mechanic are great at explaining what they need to do try them u will be happy
