Training staff is great. Management not so much. They've moved the physical therapy tables where they are inaccessible. Someone was told they couldn't use the table because a class was going on in an adjacent room. Not everyone going there is going for a beach body. Some of us are there for rehabManager simply pretends not to understand complaintsDon't go if rehab is your priorityAnd don't bother contacting corporate, they will ignore you

Stay away!! Went here on a guest pass really hoping it would be my new pool as I'm an avid swimmer. I have swam in many pools both indoor and outdoor and this was the DIRTIEST pool I've ever been it. Clearly aren't cleaning it regularly or maybe at all.Couldn't see my hand under the water let alone anyone else swimming. Only two lanes, very small and no lifeguard so kids were jumping in right next to me even though that's against rules.I took a very thorough shower after in the terrible water pressure the showers provide. Hoping I'm not going to get a rash from going in something so dirty but immediately after my skin was covered in hives/bumps. The website claimed there was an indoor and outdoor pool. There is only outdoor and they just throw a bubble tent thing over it and turn on the heat for winter. Which means in summer you're Sharing those two lanes with all the kids.We told front desk about how bad the pool was and she said oh! And then just walked away and started having a conversation about her day with another employee so they clearly know it's repulsive and don't care.

I love this place and staff, but certain aspects of the gym need to change. Also the hours are truly almost unbelievable.

It's disappointing. I love the socialization. But the facility is failing. And I think corporate doesn't care or is incompetent.

Stopped going because of hours. Want the pre Covid routine and I’ll be back.

Best gym I've been to. I am not too keen on the hours right now, and i hope that in the future they will be able to stay open later, but the staff is friendly.

I've been a member for 4 years now. Covid hit and they reduced hours and here we are 2 years later and its still the same awful covid hours with higher annual membership fees. For $50 a month the place should be open till 9 ATLEAST. 6pm Closing time on a Friday? People who leave work at 5 cant get a full workout in on Fridays?? Because of Covid? Equipment is outdated, please is actually filthy. Mens locker room smells awful, truthfully indescribable smell. Place is dirty. Only moneys worth is the Sauna and Steam room that is offered basically no where else. I truthfully am not one to complain at all but the place is actually filthy and has been for YEARS. Maybe if hours were extended I would stop complaining about how filthy it is.

This use to be a great gym. Now the atmosphere is toxic. Rude trainers. Outdated equipment. Charging more per month, while cutting the gym hours. I’ve decided to find a new gym. All good things do come to an end sadly.

Well worth the cost. The staff treat the clients as if it were more of an exclusive club... They remember, welcome, and encourage... vs being a nameless number at a franchise gym (which sales people, trap you into a high pressure sales/contract situation.)Included with membership, access to full locker rooms, with jacuzzi, weights, indoor/outdoor heated pull and a variety of classes, for all experience levels.Above that, options and personal training packages are available, for any budget. Shout out to Charissa... she is the best.

East Providence non of the cardio equipment is working right. The place is old and outdated . The only plus is the steam room and hot tub sauna. They need to update and make it a little more modern for the prices.

After being a member for over 4 years, I have decided to find another gym. Overall, the facilities at Warwick and East Providence are wonderful, however, two specific employees are far from wonderful. The manager and one of the front desk employees I spoke to are both rude and insulting. If you prefer to shower indoors rather than use the outside shower, beware! The pool shower police will assume you have not showered and admonish you. In reality I have seen people spend all of one minute in the outside shower. I don't think that really counts as a shower with soap. Regardless, I am done with Healthtrax. And, I was one of the members that continued to pay even when the Warwick pool closed temporarily when COVID was rampant. So, unless you want a reprimand almost accusing you of not showering better take it outside so the shower police don't come down on you. I should have worn a sign on my back stating..."I SHOWERED INSIDE,"

I came to E Prov for 8 years and loved it.Then Covid ; Really loved the scheduled lap lane swimming.Went one time to Warwick pool where absolutely NO ONE showers before pool… The other members seem to think it was quite funny that I thought people should shower.I quit the gym because they’re not going back to 10 pm closing.
