Ordered 3 arrangements for a family funeral recently. The flowers themselves were stunning, many compliments. Unfortunately I specifically asked and paid for 2 arrangements to be prepared in baskets, not cheap plastic vases. They tipped over in the back of the car, breaking several stems, and are near impossible to add water. The arrangements are way too large for the vases. Very disappointed.

I’ve honestly never left a review before, but after the experience I had it was more than necessary. After a family member had passed we ordered flowers for his widow from 1800-flowers due to the location of services and a tight time window. Let’s just say that didn’t work out in the least. The next day I ordered from Gilmores haven driven past their beautiful display windows at least a thousand times. Due to the lack of competency from the other company I now had to send it to the residency in East Providence. I can honestly say it was a blessing in disguise! Not only was the peace lily absolutely stunning there were little extras that just made it all worth it. It was also delivered within two hours of ordering and the communicated every step! I will now buy every flower for every occasion from Gilmore’s, they are the best!

In March 2024, We ordered flowers for my mom’s funeral. It was a difficult time, but ordering was easy & Gilmores was very helpful & attentive to my family’s needs. On the day of the funeral, we experienced a problem with some of the “persnickety” flowers. Mitchell understood our concerns & went to extra lengths to ensure my family was happy! I am thankful to Mitchell & Gilmores for taking care of us. It is comforting to know that Gilmores takes care of their customers & stands by their products! So I say…when in doubt, shop Gilmores!

Jeremy is an artist, and I cannot thank him enough for his work for my wedding!! I went to Gilmore's for wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, and greenery to put on the tables at our wedding reception in September 2023, and we are so happy we did. I consulted with several florists in the area and Jeremy had reasonable prices, a beautiful vision, and was easy to talk to. During our in-person consultation, he provided recommendations and put together sample bouquets to show us different options. I feel like he really understood me and what I wanted. I sent him pictures of all my bridesmaids and their mismatched dresses, and Jeremy went above and beyond, creating each bridesmaid bouquet based on each girl and their dress. It felt so special and personalized, and the arrangements were stunning!!I had asked Jeremy to simply drop off the greenery for the tables at the wedding venue, and he went one step further and set up a sample table with the greenery he provided and our own candles to ensure our wedding coordinator would set up the tables how we wanted.Our experience was perfect, 10/10!

I ordered the one which is arranged horizontally with red and white flowers, to accent the candy canes, also not a basket. The arrangement received looks nothing like it. It does not look professionally arranged... looks like I did it at home myself in a rush. Also, I specifically asked for more carnations than roses so it would last longer, but more roses were put sloppily. Ribbon is different, container different, missing ANY white flowers $85. Very dissatisfied. Well, I have to make a correction. After I told them I was not happy, they sent out a whole new arrangement to make up for it. Very Satisfied now!

I am so very grateful for Gilmore's Flowers...my daughter's wedding was on Block Islandlast weekend and due to the storm that shut down the ferries, Sabrina had to send the flowers over on the ferry the day before...she meticulously labeled everything for me and sent us extra flowers to help make our very rainy stormy wedding so very beautiful! The table arrangements were absolutely gorgeous....so much bigger than I expected and everyone was raving about how beautiful they were! Our wedding arch flowers came out amazing....so perfect...she sent me everything I needed to put everything together and I just appreciate the extra effort and work I know they had to do to get these beautiful flowers to us a day early with very little notice!! The bridal bouquet was exactly what my daughter was hoping for....gorgeous...everything was perfect all the way down to the flower girl's basket with rose petals! We loved it all!!Thank you so very much....you all went above and beyond for us and I am so very grateful!! After the wedding we passed the table arrangements out to some of the very kind hotels that were helping people with places to stay! So everyone could enjoy the beautiful flowers!Thank you again...I wish I could give you more than 5 stars...they totally deserve it . So very professional, understanding and talented people at Gilmore's!
