Sincerely is a mess with cheap merchandise and not welcoming staff. The whole store had stench and it doesn’t feel safe in or out otherwise there.

Big cluttered mess. Employees rude. All aisles cluttered. I used to come by as a kid/teen when i lived closer but this is just gross.

I been going to this family dollar on and off since I was a little kid and I’m now 28yrs old and the manager Johnny there who you have to speak to using google translation (the reason I know this is because when I asked for a job I had to use it myself) because he doesn’t speak any English is rude and if he don’t understand you will just walk away from you like you don’t even exist… I hate the new management in this store and I’m asking as a customer for a HUGE change…I have to say the only time I actually have a great experience is when Shyanne is there along with the other workers…But when it comes to Johnny it’s nothing but disrespect and if you don’t speak his language fluently you’re screwed as a customer…

I young man can take the whole ship down, I have had two different encounters with this young Latino man that where very unprofessional. So if your looking for a job you should apply here, cause you get to face time friends while working and ringing out customers. The special part is you don't even have to engage with the customers or tell them their total or anything. Bought times I have had this punk ring me out he has never spoke. No hi when entering, no your total is blah blah... this morning I said you may what you use your words I got "yeap" so if he treats me this way I wonder how he treats the elder that frequent this store. Shame...

The type of store that has noProblem forcing you to put your bag to the side the moment you walk in but when you actually need some assistance they’re nowhere to be found. As if I’m really coming in here in full uniform to steal from family dollar lmao.

They have thier merchandise outside in the rain on freight carts. There's cat litter, pet food, and a bunch of other items getting wet that will cause mold and render the items unusable but they will stock all of it on shelves to make a quick buck. I would highly advise you to fully inspect what you decide to purchase here. Parking is also horrible.

Store is trash... you can't work down the aisles without hurting yourself. There are boxes and boxes in the aisles and blocking shelves so can't even take something from a shelf. This place really needs to be shut down or get new management

I wish there was a rating lower than a 1. I just ran in to get some milk and a bag of cat food and the entire store was a cluster of trash and product everywhere so it was impossible to. It was impossible to walk the aisles without things falling off in front of you or just thrown where ever. But there's also u boats of stuff not being worked thrown all over the store cardboard in front of the coolers no clear floor space in the place you had one associate just standing there staring off into space and then another 1 being miserable at the register and that was it. No greeting. Lack of customer service. U can tell these people dont care. Ive never trued getting out of a store faster. This place has gone so far downhill it's unbelievable it is literally a dumpster fire. Even if I wanted to pick up anything extra I could not because of everything just being shoved anywhere on the shelves and falling off there was no way. To tell what was what or where it would be. They need to get a manager in here with some sense. Because I don't know in what worlds that the inside of this store would ever look okay to anyone. Piles and piles of trash everywhere.

Endless snacks and good dairy & Frozen food section Plus more spring/summer items to choose from than ever! Staff was very friendly and even asked if I needed a kart or help.
