Not good experiencewith this dealership.. I made an offer on a vehicle they came back with an offer I accepted it and scheduled a appointment with them to test drive it and buy it. I get there and they tell me they Sold it that earlier. I left and went to another dealership down the street and bought the same vehicle with less miles. I pick it up tomorrow.

"Guaranteed credit approval" on front of the building..NOT true unless your credit score is above 700!!! Waste of time. I think they enjoy the power of turning people away or something!!

Total waste of time. I was informed for a week that a certain vehicle was going to be there. Wasted time and money to get there only to find out it's been sold the whole time ... Slime sales tactics.

Do not buy vehicles from this place. Two days later my check engine light turned on after purchasing this vehicle. Currently in the market for new one after only one year (bad engine). I knew something was wrong when the salesman asked a customer (me) to walk over to the cashier and "receipt" money not once but twice. I also found out something was wrong when my A/C was on and blew cold air on one side of the car and hot air on the opposite side. They gave me a temp plate and didn't even notify me when my actual plates came in. I had to call one day before the temp plate expired. I could've spent half my 9K somewhere else for something way better. Please be wary, the headaches and stress I've endured with this unreliable Jeep have been insane.

I stopped by this afternoon and the guy at the desk judge me before I even got to do anything . Made me feel very uncomfortable and basically told me if I didn't have a least $3000-5000 to put down the it's not worth it . I'm a hard working single mom and should be treated equally .

I had an amazing experience with this dealership super easy and really nice workers I went in to look at vehicles and in 2 hours I purchased a Jeep! Biggest thing about this dealer ship is you don’t feel that usual force of salesmen trying to get there money it was all a customers experience on car buying 5 stars!

Well to start this is my second car I bought from here Jim the guy at the corner lot at Elmwood Dodge East Providence is one of the best my family loves him and if you go there and try to buy a car you're going to love him too he knows his business he's a great guy and he'll get you a great deal too all I can say is I thank him from the bottom of my heart for all he did for me and my family amen

I came in for an oil change and vehicle inspection Thursday, 1/28/2021.My vehicle didn't pass inspectionI needed a new car.Salesman Justin Ruolco took me to James Woods at the corner lot.I came in with a 2011 Dodge Grand CaravanI left with a 2016 Honda CR-VJames was very helpful and speedy.I'm referring all my friends that need a car to him.I'm a very satisfied customer!
