Has to be the worst Dollar General in the area. Customer service is horrible at best. If they're open on time, it's amazing. They come late and tell people to wait outside, because people have nothing better to do. It's not like we work... It's not a good shopping experience... EVER. It's too bad because it's a good chain.

The worst experience my family had in life.Very bad attitude from the cashier and also the manager.They was definitely not honest and impatient with my mom.They mistreated my AUTISTIC daughter by saying that it's not their problem if the kid is autistic, that my mom should take care of her. Told her she's not welcome at the store and to never go back there.My mom doesn't speack english so they took advantage.

Can’t believe how hostile I just got treated then come to write a review and they’re all about this same heavy set Spanish girl. The store was gross with unswept piles of trash everywhere. I was grabbing an item in the path of the girl sweeping, and she swept the broom up to my feet, just waiting for me to move, it was so awkward and funny I just laughed it off. But then I couldn’t find an item for a doordash and asked the male store employee where to find it. The broom girl overheard me and comes over , I tell her what the item is. She asks to see my phone, so I show her the screen and repeat the name. She says “let me see the phone”. I repeat the item, the only info that is there I repeated to her. There is no need for her to take my phone.. She gets a huge attitude that I’m hesitating to give her my phone and I’m harassed the whole rest of the time I’m shopping with passive aggressive comments such as “I’m just trying to help you out, not my problem you’re going to get a bad review on doordash and get deactivated” I ignored her, but It was just WEIRD. I have never had an experience like this where I’ve completely minded my own business and get treated like I personally did something to this stranger. There are multiple dollar value stores on the street, go to ANY OTHER ONE.

The worker I think might be manager heavy set Spanish woman has a horrible attitude first she broke her neck when I walked in grilling me for no reason I literally just got in the store so already it was obvious she had it out fo me even before anything Happened it made me super uncomfortable then she accused me of shop lifting when I didn't even walk out of the store with item I was waiting in line 2 guys in front of me and no cashier so I simply put the item in my purse my purse is tiny If I was stealing it don't u think I'd try to hide it...while waiting in line for cashier to come with 2 people already ahead of me I forgot I needed body wash n here she comes running up on me and asks what's in my purse I was caught off guard so i was confused n she didn't even give ne a chance to explain myself reaches in my purse n takes out the 3$ air freshener.... she told me to leave n not come back which i said fine no problem n continued yelling at me aggressively following me. Of course im gonna defend myself so I mouthed back off at her, i didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me...kept threatening to call cops which did not worry me at all because i know there wouldnt be much they can do cause I didn't psychically walk out store with item she took it back they would just ban me which is fine simple right? NOPE! I LEFT SHE CONTINUED To FOLLOW ME SCREAMING LIKE A MANIAC AN THEN STARTS RECORDING ME i hopped into my moms car that was just there to pick me up started recording her car n license plate i almost left then went back into the store to try and apologize and she wouldn't even let me talk I couldn't get a word in no matter how calm I was talking shes screaming on top of her lungs. It was a horrible experience for someone who didn't even walk out of the store with any items. I technically didn't steal it I really was very apologetic for what I did but it didn't matter to her. She was acting as if I was a constant shop lifter that finally got caught. I hardly go into this store n impulsively put something in my bag not thinking was gonna pay for it if she gave me a chance I didn't like the way she was talking to me I personally feel shes a unstable person and probably has problems with most of her customers just reading these reviews people have already complained about her I noticed...she even banned my mom even though she had nothing to do with it she got out the to try n calm her down....then she tried to intimidate me by saying I'm not scared of u cause i told her shes acting like I'm a bad person n she said im not scared of u im thinking lady!!! AND U KNOW I'M NOT SCARED OF U Either... I don't get down like that anymore...if she was acting like that to me over something she THOUGHT I was gonna steal Imagine how she'd act with a real thief she would get so excited she'd lose it n possibly blow a vein. She's very AGGRESSIVE she really thought I was worried about the cops coming! they would just be aggravated that she was waisting their time over a Glade plug in that wasn't technically stolen. I could see if I was a thief whose been stealing for a while and has finally gotten caught then act like that but it was nothing like that I was ready to pay for my stuff popped it in my small purse for everyone to see wasn't hiding it she just assumed and already had it out for me second I walked in the door staring me down trying to again intimidate me she had a bad attitude from the start by the way she stared me down when I first came in like looking for problems it seems . She's very unstable n should not be working with public ..kept repeating herself don't ever come back or well call cops like lady do u really think I want to come back here after all that no thank u..they must pay them really good because the way she was acting!!!! They need to give that woman a raise she sure is serious and passionate about her job.. also they need better customer service ?? no seriously though making people wa

The young ladies on night shift both but specifically a young heavy set Spanish girl ( never been during daytime) have the worse attitude and absolutely zero customer service skills, save yourself the headache go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Went in there to buy something tonight and couldn’t go in the aisle to get what I wanted because the girl said she got done mopping but when someone else stepped on it she didn’t say nothing to them and she continued to follow me and ask if I needed her assistance then went to cash out she ran to the register to check me out and gave me a attitude and told me to not come back into her store very unprofessional.

I've never seen such a shitshow in my life. The young girl was so ignorant because she was still "unloading things" at 8pm. While I was waiting for another woman to finish what she was doing so I could go to that cooler this ignorant girl told me to "like back up and go around because they're still unloading" I needed something in the refrigerator section which is why I was standing there.

Stone face people, 2 girls working there, no greeting so rude and not friend at all. Asking them a question minds well Google it cause the answer they give u makes no sense. I asked them about when the specific medication will be on the shelf cause it was very empty, the answer I got "all the meds came broken on the package and we had to return them" I was like WHAT??? What kind lie is that.... she never moved sitting on her phone
