I have both business/ auto and personal / auto. I have never filed a claim in decades. When I do need help I find out the small print disallows my claim. No one (Aaron) went to bat for me. Emails were ignored . Now my personal insurance comes due and they want to know why I'm shopping around.

We have had excellent experiences at Cross Insurance…both for home and car insurance. Greta Darlington is our agent, and she is exceptional. Always has the answers to our questions, unwaveringly pleasant , and knowledgeable. We feel we are in good hands with her handling our insurance needs and questions. When I hear friends complain about the shoddy treatment that they have received at other agencies, I am so happy we use Cross Insurance and have Greta to help us. She is honestly wonderful and gives customer service a good name.

Tracey McCloskey is now my Account Manager, thank goodness- She is quick to respond, efficient, respectful, kind and just a fabulous person to work with- Tracey goes above and beyond every time and Cross Insurance is fortunate to have her. If 5 stars is the best, she deserves a 10.

With this company for 40 years and was canceled after one $55K claim due to the storm in February 2023. I got very little support from the firm. In fact during the claim I had 3 different agents from very experience to a very limited experience agent. I will never come back. The only way that I found out about the cancellation was when I called to adjust my policy.

You can tell Sue at Cross Insurance really cares about her client. She went above and beyond to help us with homeowners insurance. I made a mistake of canceling our existing home insurance to switch to a better deal, which later was found no longer valid due to the new insurance company’s mistake on our policy document. I was really nervous about the whole situation but Sue’s positive attitude and sweet words helped me feel at ease about it. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are in need of a new homeowners insurance!

Nice place very clean and friendly only one thing I could not find it coming in from the south of the building turned around as I obviously went past the address # and then saw a huge cross insurance sign . Over the entrance felt like a big dummy but found it .
