Tracey McCloskey is now my Account Manager, thank goodness- She is quick to respond, efficient, respectful, kind and just a fabulous person to work with- Tracey goes above and beyond every time and Cross Insurance is fortunate to have her. If 5 stars is the best, she deserves a 10.
