4 N Main St, Providence“Visiting from out of town, had to stop by for the Waterfire Festival! It’s a fun local event, they have street performers and vendors. The atmosphere is fun thanks to the braziers and people. I haven’t been in 5 years, and there certainly was more people than I’ve ever seen. If you’re a local, I’d make the way out to waterfire just for a memorable night.”
“Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff, able to talk geek at a high level. Wonderful selection. Came into town for this shop, and didn't leave disappointed. Left with some swag and a Howard collection.”
“The Genesis Center provided me with a sense of belonging. The staff was friendly, helpful, and hospitable. I highly recommend people to visit and receive the excellent services they provide.”
“The most beautiful walking path along the water. There’s a little dock you can take pictures from or this little secluded beach area. Most important thing? There’s free parking!”
“Hi, I am apart of the Rancho dance group that is apart of the club and I have been in the Rancho and I have loved my experience there because it has gave me room to make new friends and more memories. I highly suggest that you try out dancing in the Rancho because you will love it in the end and also the people that run the Rancho are amazing, probably because my dad is the director of the Rancho, but in all seriousness this club is amazing and I will always remember this club in the future and my dream is also to become the president of this club when I become old enough.Viva Portugal!!!And also let’s goo Benfica!!”
“What an amazing group of people. There is a passion to help each other, which is so encouraging. If you are looking for a business group to join, I highly recommend the Northern Rhode Island Chamber”
“Gail and her crew of volunteers are always delightful and keep the crowd engaged. The activities are well organized and all inclusive. The Empowerment Factory is aptly named because I always leave there feeling encouraged, inspired and motivated. I’ve been attending Art in the Park for several weeks. Between myself and my four kids (who range from six to nineteen years old), I don’t know who enjoys the festivities more. ?”
“I grew up near amos house and recently attended a training program held there. I was wildly impressed with the growth it has seen since my youth when it was "that place that serves free food to homeless people." While the populace does majorly consist of people contending with some form of addiction or mental health struggle, Amos House is a treasure trove of resources and support, with all manner of social services for anyone who may need them. They're doing amazing work.”
“love this place!! Everyone has to find out about them and the amazing deals you'll get here!! Selective hours so look online for when to go, and I usually go at the last hr or two before close since there may be a line if you try to go right when they open. Look at the prices for yourself for one days menu of what they are selling for cold items [menu is different every day] I got fresh strawberries and blackberries 2/$1 last week, and 6 big ojs Tropicana, for $12!!!!”
“Wonderful organization that cares deeply for animals and can help put you in contact with various animal rescue, adoption, and veterinary services in Rhode Island.”
“Excellent service provided by the best!!! For many years, Premium Services, has been our only choice for tax filing/accounting, and consultative advise by professionals. Each and every time, CEO Marla and all staff her treat us with honesty and respect. We’re grateful and highly recommend Premium Services to all.”

155 Plan Way, Warwick“I don't know how to express my reviews for SPCA. We just lost a cat about a month ago and were looking for adopting another one. I reached out to Marie O'Toole and she responded to my email immediately. I went to their website and chose a cat. I filled out an application and met the cat. Olivia is excellent. The whole process was a smooth sailing. Very reasonable fees and gave all the belongings to the cat. Olivia helped me to load the car. Thank you all for bringing joy to our lives after losing a cat. The cat is healthy, beautiful and adorable.”
“Attended a corporate event here that included an art making workshop along with a walking art tour. Awesome experience and very educational. Love what this group is doing.”
“Hours not accurate on Google. Here's a photo.Bikes are very affordable. $100-700 for normal to high end bikes. Staff is very nice and you can also volunteer here to earn bike parts.”
“You can tell these women put their heart and souls into the food. It is a perfect mix of middle eastern quizine. Their bread rivals five stars bread in town and their meals are a beautiful medley of flavors that light up your senses. To eat this food, the first word came to mind was happiness. I ate their lamb meal and couldn’t wait to find out when they were on the delivery apps so i could order through them.”
“Great organization, friendly staff, very accommodating when it comes to the needs of the public. They have good food choices but make sure you go early, first come first serve.”
“It is a great place to have delicious Portuguese food and the price is very affordable. It is a very well organized establishment which has many cultural events throughout the year.”
“The Rhode Island Foundation was organized at the Rhode Island Hospital Trust Co. in June 1916 by a small group of prominent Rhode Islanders. I have been involved in several events sponsored by the Rhode Island Foundation and I believe they do a great job for the state and the local communities. This non profit is committed to strengthening Rhode Island through strategic initiatives in education, health, and economic security, as well as through impact investing, diversity, inclusion, and equity work. The Fund for Rhode Island supports causes and organizations throughout Rhode Island that are deemed to be for the greatest good of the community. This unrestricted fund supports the Foundation's mission to meet the needs of the people of Rhode Island. The Rhode Island Foundation works with generous Rhode Islanders who support not only Fund for Rhode Island, but also establish funds (unrestricted, field of interest, designated, scholarship, donor advised, corporate advised, organizational endowment, supporting organization) with funds established during donors' lifetimes or through planned giving. The Foundation invests in the following four strategic initiatives, with goals for both short-term progress and long term impact:-Educational Success: Improve educational outcomes for all public school students.-Economic Security: Improve Rhode Island's environment for economic growth so all Rhode Islanders can prosper.-Healthy Lives: Improve access to and quality of primary care for all Rhode Islanders.-Inspiring Philanthropy: Increase philanthropy in Rhode Island. In 2021, the donors thoughtfully trusted the Foundation with $98 million in new funds. The investment returns for the year were over 20%, and the endowment now stands at $1.4 billion.Anyone interested in estate planning to benefit the Rhode Island Foundation can contact them directly through their website or by phone.”
“I have seen firsthand how this organization can drastically change the trajectory of a child’s life. I wish more people, especially men of all colors; regardless of economic status would give as much as 1 hour a week to these children.”
“The outdoors club I run just hosted our annual meeting here and we had a great experience. It is easy to get to, has lots of parking, and the price is just right to rent the room. We had about 50 people and could have definitely fit more and still felt comfortable. Lots of plugs for our AV equipment. We brought our own catering and paid for folks sodas and then had a cash bar. The bar is right there in the room (looks nice, it is just for the room, there is a members bar downstairs). The fellow we worked with was great as well and gave us a great catering recommendation.”
“Amazing non profit that provides a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ youth. They have several different programs that run throughout the week so there’s something for everyone. Stop & Shop makes periodic donations so there’s something to eat for those who need it. The staff is so warm and welcoming, and the space is surprisingly big and well decorated. This place deserves a lot of support from the Providence community!”
“Thank you very much for your warm reception, helpfulness, and the great clothes. Our students will look sharp in their new selections. Please know how much we appreciate Clothes to Kids !”
“This is by far the BEST training school. If you want individual attention, qualified instructors, and a complete training package this is the place. The "big box" schools will leave you standing and waiting for truck time and no guidance for a job afterwards. This school produces qualified and confident drivers.”
