I’m not even one to complain but I just called 3 times and who ever is working right now tells me you speak Spanish ? I tell her no and I get hung up on. That’s not fair to her and there should be someone who understand English as well working !

Took $310 from my bank account illegally. I did not recieve any phones nor services. Melvin was completely distespectful, when told i was contacting corpirate, he said go ahead no one is gonna do anything. I an still wzoting for call back and my money has still not been returned.Since when do you charge a customer then tell them come back in an hour?
