If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER EVER EVER EVER BANK WITH THEM. This is the worst bank experience I have ever had. Closing my account as soon as they finally decide to "let me" have my money from a check I deposited. Insane how incompetent they are.

I called their headquarters today and after 45 minutes someone finally came in. I had a simple problem of funds going into an obsolete line of credit, and needed to get it transferred to checking. They did not have a record of the line of credit and copped an attitude. Of course that's unacceptable as they are in the service industry. I pressed on and then "click"? They hung up on me. Nothing worse than a culture that has fake smiles, customer friendliness and fake problem handling. Thnik about that the next time you talk to a behemoth BS firm!

I close my credit card account that charged me $40 a year and I was told I can open up another one without paying a yearly fee so when I applied they turned me down !!! I had a credit card with them for years and they turned me down unbelievable!!! because I don’t want to pay $40 a year even the representative on the phone told me to apply for the non-annual fee card and my credit score is fine it’s 701. I think they got upset that I did not want to pay the $40 year —bunch of idiots!!!!!!!!

They don't want to do business with humans. If you are someone who wants to do everything themselves such as ATM, online banking that is ok you will enjoy it because that is what this bank is geared on.
