I love this bank I live closer to another branch but refuse to go there they are rude and don’t know what they are doing but this bank here in East Providence are awesome!! Friendly staff always on point. They are caring, courteous and friendly. I have been with BOA since 1997 I miss the Newport ave Branch in Pawtucket, but this one is super nice quick and people that work there are awesome!! Keep up the good job.

If this is your bank I highly recommend you switch banks quick. Nobody at this branch has any idea what they're doing. Place is run by idiots. They're rude and condescending as well. They need to clean house and hire all new people or they'll continue to get horrible reviews. Went in 3 times within 24 hours and they just kept messing up and my problem was never resolved. STAY AWAY

The worse bank ever! They are so slow here and instead of taking care of customers they’re talking and laughing up a storm ignoring people. This place is literally a joke. Go hire decent people who want to work

They have a Stephanie Hopkins working there and she's a felon and she was arrested for theft I will never put my money back in Bank of America again I don't need a felon or thieves working at the bank trying to rob me blind no thank you

A year and a half post-Covid start and they’re the only bank in the world still closing at 4pm every day so people who work a 9-5 never have a chance to get there during the week. Thinking it’s more about saving on corporate payroll vs servicing their customers.

Due to covid and cancellations with theDMV they wouldnt even cash a 15.00 check drawn off them from the state but had an employee cash one just last week and they wouldnt do it today. So glad I never opened an account with them the teller and manager looked d*** founded when I said there employee washable to override it last week so glad that arent lenient due to covid. I opened up a free checking mind you they dont offer that at citizens totally recommend citizens and advise people not to open up at bank of America rude and unkind.

Never had an issue at a bank. People are generally pleasant and nice. Had to speak to someone about mortgage questions. Lady was either a grump or having a bad day. Think she was a manager. Believe her name was maria. She was so rude, it's no wonder this is a 3 star bank. That lady should be looking for work, for a long time!

For a while now, I have been Suspicious that this bank ( Bank Of America ) has been Stealing my money!!! For at least Months now I keep getting news that my Bank Account has been getting Very Low!!! There is No reason for this to be happening. For I am Always So Careful with my checking and spending. If this keeps up Any more, you bank workers will be in Trouble!! And forget about retaliation. I Used to Trust you bank workers, and completely, too. But Not so much anymore!! This post is addressed to you bank workers. Again, there is No way that my bank account could have gotten so low! I am always careful with that.
