“Fantastic. Needed a Stealth Hitch re-installed after someone else botched the install, and was just so relieved to have found Kyle and his team. Totally in their own league when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, friendliness, trustworthiness, and bringing a genuine joy to their work. They even found a loose brake line (which they took pics for posterity, tightened for safety, and cleaned for corrosion), and also went above and beyond to make an appointment for my car’s computer to be updated with a local dealership as part of the unique hitch’s wiring instructions. I wish I had another reason to go back to give them more business, they deserve it. 5 stars all day long.”

“Great people. Very nice work. I had my vehicle repaired here for collision. My insurance (Amica) made it easy. My insurance set up a rental for me, and James Auto took care of everything for me. When i dropped off my vehicle, they contacted Enterprise car rental, and they dropped off a rental for me and were also extremely nice and helpful. James Auto is the place to go to. I recommend it 10/10. They made it very easy and took care of it all. Such great people!”

“My car battery was acting up. Needed help asap. Vasco came to our rescue without any questions. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Made the purchase very easy and stress free for my new battery. Vasco (employee) at AutoZone thank you for everything! The 4 stars are because the other employee in there, Manny (long black hair heavy set man) was very rude and was cursing in front of me and my daughters! He called Vasco a p*ssy in front of us, I was so disgusted and poor Vasco turned brightly red and hung his head low. Manny that's horrible of you and very disrespectful, my daughter serves and protects this country and there's no reason for her to experience bad customer like this!! “I have had questionable experience’s with O’reilly’s at other locations in the past. But I figured Id give this location a chance. Needed Help Finding the right oil Filter for my car and something for scratch’s on my car. Victoria went above and beyond. she found the right oil filter I needed and the perfect products for the scratches took them right out. She quickly helped me locate the right catalytic converter. I never had a better experience at any auto parts location. She was extremely friendly and hundred percent knows what she’s talking about. she completely restored my faith with O’Reillys. I will definitely be coming back For future purchases”
