Walked in only customer with two employees waited at the counter for about 8 minutes patiently. Another guy walks in. They finally come out of the back walk past me to him. And process a return for him. Lol. There's a Napa two blocks away.

My husband lost his ear buds and zombie was exceptional at helping us find them. He went above and beyond to find them. What a great employee, they are really hard to find these days.

My car service engine light came on , and I freaked ! I came in , and "Jeff " was super nice and told me with the lil machine what was wrong . He explained it and was super accommodating . He even explained what I could do with my issue . I highly recommend going to them if your in this type of position . This is advance auto in east providence !

I am not a “car” person. I see a car as something that get gets me from point A to point B. I needed a new battery and wipers and was going to take it my mechanic- which meant I would have to make an appt, leave the car, get a ride to work and then a ride back to the car. It was suggested that I call advance auto parts - they could probably do it right away. First- they were very helpful over the phone and when I came in they were fantastic. I Will absolutely be back. I loved Jarrod ! And the other folks that helped me out.

I went to purchase struts & sway bar links for my vehicle this week. I called the day before & I was told the parts needed to be ordered. They were unable to process over the phone (Weds) it had to be done in person . I went in Thursday night after work and they ordered them ,but I would not be able to get them until the next day at (Fri) 2pm.I dropped my car off at the mechanic Friday morning and I picked the parts Friday night. I dropped the ordered parts off to my mechanic Saturday morning before work just to find out they were the incorrect parts. The same day (Sat) on my break I went back to return the parts only to find out I would not be refunded for 2-3 business days. The transaction took time , time I did not have.So at this point (Mon) I still do not have my car, I’m unable to purchase parts elsewhere because I have not been refunded & I did not even get an apology for the inconvenience or inaccuracies. The service was absolutely terrible and the manager who was working barely assisted the new employee with the transaction to make sure things were accurate. The employee kept asking questions clearly struggling and let’s just say I was late to work and now I’m paying even more to get my car fixed. Your best bet is to go anywhere except here. THEY. DONT.CARE.AT.ALL.

Tony saved me a huge hassle today by saving me from buying the wrong wiper blades. He took the time to look at my car because he suspected the computer had selected the wrong ones. After I paid he installed them for me. Excellent customer service!

I went in today and the store was very busy and all the employees were taken up by other customers. Then a girl came from the back to help me. Her name was Katelyn. She was if not one of the most professional counterwoman I have ever been helped by. She helped me get the proper wipers blades and offered to put them on my Duramax for me. I said yes and we went outaide, but striggled a bit because of the height of the truck. She asked me for a second and came out an employee named Jared and he was very kind and put them on and showed us both his trick to making it easy. I could not ask for better customer serivce.

I Can not believe the lack of training that has gone into the Rhode Island market for the employees and DM in some areas. This deserves no further comments.
