Great little shop, I believe it was an owner that helped me. I walked in last minute looking for a gift for my wife. Anyway I was able to pickup a great dress the wife that she absolutely loved. Keeping my thirteen year streak of good gift giving fully intact. Thank you. Zuzus of East Greenwich.

Super cute locally owned boutique in the heart of Downtown East Greenwich (which is already wicked underrated, and you should add to a list of fun day trips for the future!) My mom and I visited Zuzu's a few weeks ago while we were in the area, and I was impressed by the high quality of their garments and the warm reception we were given by one of the co-owners who happened to be working that afternoon. I was thrilled to purchase a gorgeous metallic green leather jacket, which sounds weird in theory, but is a wonderful fall staple piece that I literally cannot stop wearing! As other reviewers mentioned, this boutique is definitely in the $$$ price range, but more than worth it in terms of quality and longevity of their products. With Small Business Saturday right around the corner, Zuzu's should be at the top of your list for a visit!

I went to ZuZu’s‘s to see if I could find a wedding dress for my sons wedding and an outfit for the apps and drinks affect the night before, and I was able to find both! I also left with a pair of shoes and a couple of other things. it was my first time at the shop, and I had great assistance from the owner. Really recommend it and I’ll be back!

I am not writing this about the clothes, but about the service. Although pricey, this store has a beautiful and diverse selection and I think women of every taste and age would be able to find something. However, y'all need to work on not judging people based on how they look. My friend and I came in today and I wanted to treat myself as I just graduated with my master's degree and I have a birthday soon. We were both followed around the store, and the sales lady told me to "be careful" when I went to try on a a dress. When I came out of the dressing room she immediately asked me if I wanted her to take the dresses back, like she wasn't even considering that I could buy them. When I did say I would take it, she told me she "hoped I found somewhere to wear it" with the most condescending tone. Other customers in the store were being treated much nicer, being asked about their days, etc. We were either ignored or spoken to rudely. I understand being concerned about stealing, but you get nothing out of being rude to customers who are there to spend money, and I don't think there was any reason for it other than we are younger people in jeans and t shirts. Even though the dress is BEAUTIFUL, I will not be coming back and neither will my friend due to how disrespectful this was. This behavior is why people think New Englanders are snobby.

This is the best place to shop for feminine attire on Main Street in East Greenwich . The owner is charismatic and charming. Each time I’ve shopped there, my experience has been exemplary. When I shop there I can rely on exceptional service including personalized recommendations according to what I am looking for (be it casual-comfortable- go-to’s or something more specific),, dressing room assistance (size swaps, zipping assistance , and feedback), and advice on wearing and caring for the garments I ultimately select. . My opinion is that the choices available are diverse enough to accommodate any aesthetic, yet refined enough to ensure that the pieces shoppers select will ultimately convey beauty, capacity and confidence.

I’ve been shopping at Zuzu’s petals for years. From prom dresses to wedding outings to everyday dresses. The owner is very helpful and kind and I always find exactly what I’m looking for. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clothing but once again that East Greenwich attitude came through loud and clear. If you can get past the pretentiousness of the staff you may find something lovely but I honestly wouldn't part with my money at this establishment.

Favorite place in RI to shop. The clothes are beautiful and Lois, the owner, is wonderful.
