This was our 1st time here with our Frenchie Willow for some on going issues Everyone was so nice as soon as we walked in The doctor was awesome she went over everything we said and did a great job with Willow after testing and looking her over The Doctor went over everything and came up with a plan and didn't try to make us doing expensive test or anything she actually didn't want us to do them cause she felt it wasn't necessary. Highly recommend

To put it simply Dr. Tapp saved my little chihuahua’s life. My Rosa had developed terrible lesions with one causing a huge hole in her chest. We honestly thought we were going to have to put her down. Terri got us an appointment quickly since it was an urgent case. Dr. Tapp was able to do biopsies without sedating my Rosa (she had a heart condition and advanced age and it was very risky to put her under) she immediately started treating her for what she suspected the problem was and several days later the biopsies confirmed her diagnosis. When steroids were needed to be added to the treatment Dr. Tapp consulted with Rosa’s cardiologist.We were able to have a few more years with our precious girl because of Dr. Tapp and her amazing staff. Terri, Dina and Elizabeth were phenomenal!! We lost Rosa recently and the staff was so kind and comforting with their condolences.

Dr Tapp and her stay were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and their passion for all animals shows. The facility was neat clean, and inviting. Top notch service.

For our doggos - all very good boys and girls-- this doctor is like magic. My fur baby had a serious skin condition which the doctor diagnosed and treated. She is happy and so am I.

Unfortunately I was unable to get an appointment in a timely manner.The first appointment was not available until March of 2023.They are the only animal dermatologist in Rhode Island.2 more are available in Massachusetts.I had to take my dog back to reg.Vet an be put on antibiotics.I deeply regret not being able to have my dog seen by Healing arts. They are highly recommend and the staff member I spoketo was extremely polite and helpful.I am reconsidering to call back and make an appointment when avaliable just for my own peace of mind.I don't want to have my dog breaking out in rashes again.The rash was environmental and it would be helpful to know the cause to avoid future outbreaks.My phonecall was returned very quicklyAnd I do appreciate that.

Awesome staff and doctors! They are so wonderful and the work they do is amazing! My dog had terrible allergies and hair loss for years, a few visits and she is back to normal!

I waited 5 months an appointment with them, although the whole staff were so nice, sincere and caring I was a little taken back that no testing was done at that time, they exam her looking for anything on her skin that could cause her issues, her regular vet had put her on allergy medication months earlier in hopes of easing her flair ups until we could get to the bottom of what's causing them. At healing arts we talked about it could be food or environmental she could have been put on a special vet diet for about a month and the followed by blood work $495.00 or being environmental she would be put on allergy shots along with liquid allergy medication for life....Seeing her liquid allergy medication alone is working for her right now, that's the route I am going to take

We took our husky, Lux to Dr. Tapp for 7 years. The entire practice is some of the most loving, compassionate and involved people we’ve ever worked with, this place truly loves pets. They don’t just treat your dog, they care for him and your family. We were always fit in for sick visits, called if concerns arose and Lux was happy as can be with the team. We lost our sweet boy a week ago and received a heart felt card from the team where each employee wrote paragraphs about our dog. If you want a team you can trust with your baby, this is the office for you.

We are so grateful for Dr. Tapp and Elizabeth! Our dog Ripley has food and environmental allergies, and Veterinary Healing Arts has helped our girl to feel so much better. Dr. Tapp explains everything in such an accessible way; she truly is the best around and worth any wait. And Elizabeth is so kind and wonderful. She took the time to demonstrate how to give the shots and made sure I felt comfortable carrying over the protocol at home. Everybody in the office treats your pet like royalty. Ripley enters and exits the office with her tail wagging. Thank you! ? ?

Dr Tapp is amazing. She has worked miracles for my dog who is itchy for so long and he is so much better now. I would highly recommend her
