Not quite sure how or if I am the only one who notices this in East Greenwich. it’s unsanitary and disgusting how they reuse a plastic bag on a reused towel all day long on peoples bodies! This is gross and they could be closed down for this. They wear masks to protect themselves yet they are putting dirty skin /sweat/ bacteria bags from person to person!! Health department hello!

I absolutely love this Nail Salon! They provide the most sanitary and best ever pedicure my friends and I have ever had. They are personable and cater to your every need. After your pedicure, while your nails are drying, they give you a 2 minute heated shoulder massage!
Ahhhh.... It's the best place in RI!!!
Go check them out! I use the East Greenwich salon, but they are also in Bristol and Middletown, RI.

Absolutely awful customer service- 5 minutes late to an appointment and front desk man cancelled my appointment. Extremely rude to me and my mother. Services are way too expensive for an average outcome. Won’t be returning and suggest you don’t either. Recommend VIP Nails or Studio nails instead, much better alternatives.

If I could give it zero stars I would, cut my mom’s toe, massage was aggressive, expensive and rushed through the entire thing. Pedicure was 30min. What was supposed to be relaxing was just the opposite.

Pedicure was fantastic! The gentleman I had was great! But the man at the front desk who checked me out was rude and dismissive. I had a balance on a gift certificate and he wouldn’t let me use it saying it was expired. I told him gift certificates don’t expire in RI and he said in-factually “well it’s not letting me put it in” then he put it to the side and didn’t give it back to me. I won’t be returning there.

Linda at STAR nails is AMAZING!! So patient, kind and always there for people. Linda definitely goes above and beyond! I’ve been with her for over 6 years, and never will go anywhere else!

John was great to work with for my pedicure with French tip nails. Fantastic massage for the legs and feet, but also a targeted shoulder massage during the nails being dried. Conversation was just enough to allow my daughter and I catch up during this mother-daughter date! Thank you!

My nails were COMPLETELY RUINED here on Feb 10th. The nail tech used a file to remove my gel nail polish despite me asking for them to be soaked. Additionally, I waited a half hour for an appointment that I had pre-scheduled. I asked to be compensated with a Spa Pedicure ($75) due to terrible service and them having ruined my nails. I feel this is a reasonable ask given that I paid $36 for the botched manicure that ruined my nails. I was told that I would only be compensated for the botched manicure that I received ($30). If I had had a manicure and my nails were poorly painted then $30 would make sense. To have paid for this horrible service and to have to deal with months of getting my nails back to health, 30 dollars does not cut it. I have been a loyal Star Nails customer for about 10 years. I can no longer give my business to Star Nails who are unwilling to compensate appropriately for having ruined my nails. SHAME ON YOU, STAR NAILS!

Rude people. My wife has been going there for a few years and I have gone a few times myself for a pedicure. They always did a good job. I booked a pedicure for the last appointment of the day for my wife before her birthday dinner. 2 days before they call and tell me they need to move it up, which I said I can’t, and their response is “OK” and just canceled it. No explanation, no apologies.I understand if you want to close early, but don’t even offer the time to begin with? Now I’m scrambling to find another place.
