“BEST post office location and staff I have ever experienced. WONDERFUL employees, who go out of their way, each and every day, to serve thousands of people. I have over 20 years of interactions with this location and NEVER once have I been dissatisfied!”

134 Jackson Flat Rd, Hope“Go here for any/all postal needs! The staff is knowledgeable, professional & welcoming. More importantly, they are extremely customer service oriented and always happy to help. They will always take the time to provide all shipping options available allowing YOU to choose the service that best fits your needs (overnight, insured, or cheapest way). I will never go anywhere else- you will get the absolute best service with a friendly smile!”
“The postal workers are nice, and it is an organized place. I find that my packages that I need to send for work arrive on time regularly, so this is my first choice for a local post office.”
“Easy to drop off my FedEx pre-labeled package. They scan it, and offer a text-receipt service so you can track and prove you sent the package. It's INSIDE of Walgreens, just go to the Photo Department counter and the staff there will help you. There are no signs FYI - just gotta trust me lol”

206 Main St, Fiskeville“This is a seriously tiny post office location. I have been in my share of small, one person, post offices: this one is one of the smallest. There are a couple of parking spots on the left side of the building for patrons and plenty of on street parking available. Post boxes are located on the sidewalk directly in front for 'walk up' mail drops; no driving up to these boxes, they are on the passenger side of your vehicle. The entrance is a short ramp from the sidewalk. Just inside to the left are P.O. Boxes and ahead is a small counter area. There is a lot going on in this small space. There are no more than several dozen post office boxes I would say in total in a small nook. Didn't actually count them. The counter space it self is mainly clear with a scale on the right and the computer system further on, out of reach. There is a plexiglass in front of that section keeping you off the the side during your transaction. The one person working was in back when I arrived. These smaller locations employ literally one person who is responsible for receiving mail, sorting, 'putting the mail up' into the PO boxes, providing customer service and all the attendant business related paperwork. I just waited patiently for about 45 seconds until they came out to see if I required assistance. Masks are required to be worn by customers during this time, and the person assisting me was wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer is on the counter. I had some cards that needed weighing in case they were overweight; they were. I also needed more stamps as my last round of card sending depleted my stock. There is a lot of card and post card sending happening over here lately. Staying in touch with friends and family during this time of often feeling isolated is a nice surprise. I know I appreciate it when I get a surprise card in the mail. The items I requested (two specific types of stamps) were procured, cards weighed, stamped and given over to be added to outgoing mail were all accomplished quickly and professionally. This location is not exactly 'on my way' generally speaking, but I would not hesitate to stop by here at any time when I am in need of more postal supplies.”
“I went to the print department to get a couple pictures printed out. It took a little while to do but that is OK. It was great to see the staff working so hard and good together and enjoying themselves and laughing all while accomplishing everything they were supposed to do. Great customer service, Great teamwork with each other and having fun while they work. Something you don’t see very often anymore.”
“Stopped here after work in search of something getting harder to find: casette tapes! (I drive an older vehicle that still has it's original sound system). Lo and behold, they had some, and good ones too (Springsteen, Phil Collins, U2, etc.). Ended up buying a half-dozen tapes. The shop is decent sized, and has a good variety of thrift and vintage items. It appeared to be fairly well organized (at least, the owner knew where to find things). Prices were very reasonable; besides a half dozen casettes by popular musicians, I got a small clock radio (which I will use as a work radio), for a total of $12. The young man running the store was very personable also.”

“Jennifer is so helpful and kind. I’ve never had such a great experience at the post office. I didn’t feel rushed, she answered all of my questions, and made sure I got the best shipping for what I needed. Thank you!”
“We were having difficulties printing and Ashley was a great help! She was kind, helpful and very good at her job! Thanks again Ashley...you saved the day!- Lisa B”
“I've been dealing with this post office for the past 18 years and I have always found the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful. The only bad experience I ever had there was over a decade ago, in dealing with a grumpy older man, but he retired soon afterwards. Ever single postal worker I've dealt with since has been friendly. As for the accusation that "they keep the doors locked after hours," I myself have never found this to be the case. Many times I've walked through an unlocked door and into the lobby to mail my letters.”
“HARDIK PATEL took a great picture... I knew exactly where it was from his picture! Thanks to HARDIK PATEL, FOR A GREAT PHOTO!!!AND SERVICE WAS QUICK AND EASY AT THIS LOCATION TOO!!!! ???”
“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
“Same experience with a supervisor there!!! His name is Ryan and he literally got in his personal car to drive over to open the package box in our complex because the wrong key was left. WOW! Thank you Ryan!!! This is definitely above and beyond.”
“I have the best Mailman. This man works all the time & loves his job. You can tell. He's professional, He's kind & sweet to my dogs and gives them treats,he's always smiling. He does work very hard around the holidays & he's out at 5 am delivering packages. I do give him bottled waters everyday and his kindness is noted at the holidays.”
“There was only a couple people ahead of me, and she apologized for the wait(it was only a couple minutes). They are quick and are super friendly. I live in Coventry, and I prefer this post office over the Coventry one.”
“We have been in Jamestown 23 years and have enjoyed every single visit we have had to the local post office. Everyone has been cheerful and helpful, inside the post office and out on their routes. They have gone out of their way to provide information or help, and it feels wonderful to go in; very small town, pleasant atmosphere. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We lived in other places in the country where the postal folks couldn't care less; our experience here has been more than five stars.”
“An older man delivered my package today. It was nice to see that he actually placed the package down on the stairs rather than throwing it like many of the younger drivers seem to do.”

150 Plan Way, Warwick“Had an issue with a package where the driver couldn’t find the residence since he was covering from the usual driver who does the route. I really appreciate the staff who helped me resolve the issue and were able to get me my package ASAP. I am surprised to see the negative reviews since the person who helped me was very friendly and kind and were able to help me.”
“Ever since we moved to RI in 2020, the Postmaster, Jeremy, has been wonderfully helpful with issues stemming from our change of address, to his confirmation of, and suggestions for, package pickup in today's really awful weather. I really appreciate his kindness, care and knowledge, and I feel that he deserves recognition for his outstanding work at our Coventry Post Office.”
9AM - 4PM
325 Strawberry Field Rd, Warwick“I had a very positive transaction here to get my passport renewed. 12/4/19 around 1:50 pm. First the gentlemen at the window was informative and helpful and the lady who took my picture was the same. Thank you and keep up the great service.”
“Located in Saunderstown Rhode Island on the Narragansett border. This little post office is so fast! If you have anything to mail it will get there lickity-split! This is by far the best post office I've ever been to.”
“Absolutely incredible and quick service during my visit. Everything went very smoothly. Luke Bowater helped me with my packages and did an excellent job. I highly recommend asking for him to help you next time you need a return or delivery done right.”
