I've been going to this Salon for 8 years and have been seeing Maressa every single time! She always makes me feel comfortable, and has me leaving feeling like a brand new me! She's always been open to trying new things; I have always recommended her to any friends and family. She always makes sure I am 100% satisfied before leaving. Such a neat, professional and welcoming salon. The BEST.

I just can't say how disappointed and upset I was about my haircut and color. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund by them, but I had to get my hair fixed at a different place. They were shocked by the unevenness and choppiness of the cut. Because it was so uneven, my other hairdresser had to shorten everything which now I can't wear my hair how I was wanting to. It's upsetting and frustrating that I had sent inspo pics prior to and they had said they could do what I showed them. Clearly that wasn't the case and they should've just been upfront instead of ruining my hair.

I went to Maressa to touch up my balayage and she did amazing and is such a sweetheart! She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable at a new place. My hair has never felt so healthy after coming out of the salon. I will definitely be back!! :)Services: Haircut

She rushed my hair, didnt take her time. i wanted lavender & brown. she wanted me to go with purple instead because my hair “wasn’t light enough” even though it was bleach blonde. so i walked out with black and purple hair instead of dark brown & lavender, what i asked for. it seem like she just wanted to get me out of the salon. she said the purple would fade to lavender, but it’s been 2 months & it has now faded to blue. which just incase you didn’t know, blue is the most difficult color to remove from hair. which i told her i didn’t want my hair to fade to blue in the first place!!! wish i could give 0 stars tbh.

I have been coming to Salon Vibes for years! Maressa, the owner, is an absolute hair goddess and more than accommodating. They always make my hair dreams come to life and the salon is very clean. 10/10 recommend.
