Found this place via the AAA app as being "AAA Certified". My car overheated on Thursday afternoon. I got it towed to the shop Thursday about an hour before closing. They told me they'd look at it and call me with a diagnosis.
Called for an update Friday at noon, was told they were going on lunch.
Called for an update Friday at 3:30pm, was told they were going to look at it right then.
Didn't hear anything back from them on Friday.
They were closed on Saturday and Sunday.
I called Monday morning for an update, they said they would look at it.
Monday around 11am they called to tell me I needed to replace the water pump on my car and that they could not do this.
I had to get my car towed to a different auto shop down the street.
Held my car for about 75 hours just to tell me they can't replace a water pump.

These guys fixed my brakes in record time for a reasonable price and couldn't have been any more pleasant.

L&S is the best repair shop in the area. They are always friendly, it's easy to schedule, affordable, quick and reliable.
I recently had a problem with a vehicle and they got it in and diagnosed the problem the next day and got me back on the road.

Lenny the owner is unprofessional, rude, and has poor customer service. I have been coming to L & S for years to get my inspection done on my vehicle and my husband's vehicle as well. Over the last 8 years atleast I have referred many people i know to this auto shop. Unfortunately, I will never refer anyone again because of my interaction with LENNY. I've always had a great interaction with his son and felt he was very knowledgeable. But, I just got my car inspected and called back to ask a couple questions and clarify on somethings. I thought it was his son but it was Lenny who answered explained my situation and the questions I had he then told me that his son didn't know what he was talking about and gave me misinformation that he was the owner. Preceeded to give me an attitude because the paperwork I was handed by them contradicted what he was stating to me on the phone that he knows what he is talking about. Tells me 30 days from inspection while the paper work says 90. I wanted to know how long I had to fix the issue with our vehicle and was going to schedule a time at L & S to get it serviced there as they just did the inspection but needed to wait for paycheck but the way he spoke to me I didn't even have a chance to schedule anything in!! Literally told him how his customer service was awful and I was all set and hung up. Absolutely appauled with that interaction and him. Very arrogant! His tone of voice was rude and harsh because of this interaction I will NEVER come back to this shop not even for the free re- inspection. You don't speak like that about your employee/son or to customers the way you did sir.... I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Vehicle Inspection
