Joey takes the time to get to know your goals, old injuries, and what you are currently doing for physical activity. He then creates a personalized workout plan and continues to work with you throughout the process. My favorite part of going is how much I learn in each session. Understanding the how’s and why’s behind each exercise has given me a deeper understanding and appreciation for fitness.

When I started with Joey I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I had never felt so weak in my life and was terribly depressed. I was determined and terrified to try something new but knew i needed someone who had the knowledge so I wouldn't get hurt. It's only been 5 months and I couldn't be more happy with my results. So much more work to put in, but under Joeys coaching I've been able to accomplish goals that I never thought that I could. It feels great to be getting strong again. I'm excited to see where training takes me, and so glad I found Jtab Training!

My middle school age son needed to train this summer while he was away from his soccer team - Joey was the perfect solution! My son's coach was looking for him to become faster & more agile and Boy! were we ALL impressed with the results he achieved working with JTab Training. He now has a better understanding of not only the "how" but also the "why". When many of his teammates were called out for their poor diet choices and not being prepared for the season physically, my son was used as an example of what they should be doing. We have Joey to thank for that. He really knows how to work with student athletes.
