We sold our Jeep to IMG on 8/2. At the time they told us the process for paying off the lien would be quick and they could do it electronically. They later admitted they misspoke and could not do it online so they had to send a check ( which should have been the first week of August). The process they said would take about a week or two is now going on a month. This week they told us they received a lien release but no title. I called the finance company today and IMG sent an uncertified check via regular mail and it wasn’t received until 8/20. Which means they had our vehicle for 18 days before it was paid off. The finance company also said no lien release has been issued which means IMG lied to us. Furthermore, any time my husband has tried to check in with them, he’s gotten an attitude and was even told “asking me about it won’t make it happen any quicker”. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I took my volvo here a couple years ago, because it was having some problems (now I know it was an electrical problem). They had it for at least 1 day and told me it was the battery, and they charged me about $500 for figuring that out and replacing the battery. I picked it up and drove it home (which was only a couple miles away) and the next day I drove it all the same problems came back.

Purchased a used car from International for my daughter. Tremendous experience dealing with management, Andrew (sales) and Tom (finance).

From our online experience to financing and driving away …a few days later…our experience with IMG was absolutely the BEST! My brother was in great need of a reliable vehicle and Brian worked hard on making this happen! Brian, Andrew and Tom were fabulous to work with and made us feel like we were buying one of their Teslas or Ferraris rather than a reliable car for everyday transportation! The salesman, Gary, and the manager, Brian, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the car. Everyone, including the finance person were easy to work with. They were very accommodating. The price for the purchased car and the trade-in was fair. Highly recommended.
