“Phenomenal instructors and a studio that creates a community by offering fun events. I’ve been searching for a true authentic BARRE class and Jennifer has it!! She mixes it up each time and is supportive encouraging and funny.”
“I remember coming to this BlockBuster as a child; the smell of the air somewhere in between a Staples and a public library, the fluorescent lights that consistently flickered, and the seeming yellow hue that casted over the walls and walls of VHS tapes. I visited often with my now-estranged father, though I never remember what we actually rented. After picking out an appropriately G-rated movie, we would drive back home and load up the microwave with popcorn, inevitably burning it every time. The popcorn bowl was a giant blue plastic behemoth that no one ever remembered buying, like it just appeared in the kitchen one day through an act of God. Eventually, though, all movies come to an end. Be Kind and Rewind.”
“OTF EG is an awesome spot to get a full body workout. It is the perfect mix of cardio (on the treads and rower) and strength using a combination of TRX, free weights and body weight exercises. The coaches are high energy and knowledgeable, and the members make up a positive fitness community. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, positive, high energy wiorkout.”
