I drive up to Greenwich Bay A. H. from S. Kingstown because I like them so much. They have cared for three of my dogs thru the years. Dr. C and staff take time to listen and understand what my girls need and offer appropriate care. We are grateful for their help getting thru rough some patches with sensitivity to our priorities. Definitely recommend them.

Good, dedicated veterinary care at an affordable price. The staff often go above and beyond and genuinely seem to love animals. My cat's been going there for a few years now, and we've been very pleased with the service.

Was very pleased to get an appointment with this vet since nowhere in my area was accepting new clients. When I arrived at the facility everything was great! My pup is a nervous girl and she needs patience and understanding. My pup barely needed anything done only an exam and a vaccination and nail trim. I informed the doctor that my pup does better with me being out the room. I leave the room and not even two minutes later the doctor comes out and informs me that we need to muzzle my pup. Mind you my dog has many years of experience being in vets and etc. not once ever has she been muzzled and I am sure of that since I used to work at the facility. This upset me tremendously because it seems like there was not even an effort to try to make my pup comfortable just to muzzle her immediately. As someone that worked in this industry for a while I personally would have done everything I could with making the pet feel comfortable and at ease before throwing a muzzle at them. That would have been my last resort personally. I understand things happen as I told the doctor to do whatever was needed to get what she needed done. I proceed to go into the room and muzzle her with tears almost in my eyes because I've never had to this such a thing and it was devastating. Doctor does the "wellness exam" which was barely anything? One vaccine and two nails trimmed. The only thing me and my pup left that vet with was my pup being stressed and upset and me leaving with tears in my eyes and $113 short for nothing. I've never experienced this before.

We started taking our cats here about 15 years ago. They’re really caring and Dr Chyten uses a great approach with our dogs. Highly recommend.

Great vet my wife and I have been going here for a few years. Reasonably priced and good hours. We have 2 Shiba Inu's and they aren't the easiest to work with. Dr Chyten is professional and knowledgeable.

We've been taking our pets (1 cat, 5 dogs over the years) to this place for about 8 years and the Vet, Jonathan Chyten, has done a great job helping to keep our animals as healthy as possible. He's had his hands full at times due to elderly dogs that were given to us with some difficult health issues. He's a very caring Vet and we have been thankful to have him and his staff to care for our pets.

Hi. I’m in a men’s group with Dr. Jon and was discussing the problem I was having with my dog Charlie in our group and how it was effecting both my wife and I. Charlie was loosing hair on both his front paws. I had spent $7500 trying to solve the problem over a year with GP appointments, and 2 dermatology consults. we also paid for 2 biopsy’s , antibiotics, skin scrapes , blood tests … the biopsy’s were both sent to the vet college the last one received a reexamination request. . Diagnosis. Inconclusive. FYI Charlie is not Dr. Jon’s patient. I described what was going on and he suggested a course of treatment that my vet or the specialists had not considered. I’m happy to say my wonderful golden Charlie has fully recovered as a result of Dr. Jon’s recommended course of treatment. . I am forever thankful ❤️
