I found that when I first went to Flood Ford to look at vehicles no one bothered me until I wanted assistance which I think is great, nothing worse than having sales people hounding you. When I did get a salesman he ( James Dyer) was very polite and answered every question I had. I bought a beautiful truck with his assistance. Finance Dept was fast and easy also. I would recommend Flood Ford anytime to anyone interested.

A deer ran into my car and totaled it and I needed a car fast. I didnt have time to process everything at the time but now I cant wait to report that I was forced to pay a $199 for VIN window etchings that cost $18 on Amazon to do it myself. I was also told that I would get a discount on my insurance that I didnt get from Allstate. I wasnt told I "might" get a discount. I was told I "would" get a discount for this "passive security". I was provided no evidence it was even done (and later verified by my mechanic that it was NOT done). When I emailed Chase Sullivan about this and requesting any maintenance information (that was not in the maintenance section of the car manual) all I was told the car had an oil change but there was no evidence on the windshield or given to me when it was done or that it was done. The car has 10,500 miles on it and I just wanted to know if it had an oil change and any other work done on it. Trust me this is why people hate car salesmen. I previously bought a car at Flood and it was a good experience. Now they find any reason to sell you a car then after that -nothing. This VIN etching crap is a scam and I have contacted my state representative to propose legislation to outlaw such add-on costs that are not part of the car's sale price. >Fast forward to 8/15/2024 and Flood Ford and Valenti Ford were fined more than $1 million and are sending refund checks to all the people they scammed.

Traded in my 2017 Ford Edge for a little bit bigger vehicle...a 2024 Ford Explorer... best experience for buying a car. Mike new exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Paired us up with John G our sales associate. He showed us 3 cars based on what we were looking for. We thought about it for a day and went back and bought the first car we were shown! Flood is AMAZING! Not pushy they listen to what you're looking for and show you just that. Our 2nd great experience buying a new car through Flood!

Worked with Joe Bessette on ending my lease and getting into a new explorer. Could not be happier with the experience and professionalism that was given. From taking the time to help me explore my options down to the test drive and finalizing everything with the finance dept.
This will be my third vehicle from Flood Ford and I always recommend friends and family when they are exploring fords as an options.

We have been shopping around for over a year with multiple stops at different lots and different times. East Greenwich Flood Ford was the only one who would take the time to hang out with us, answer questions, let us test drive etc without hassling us to ‘see what they can do’, put a deposit down or push to make a sale. This week we stopped in on a whim just to quickly look at the newest inventory. They had exactly what I was looking for and we went in to find out the price as the sticker wasn’t on it. We met with James who was AMAZING! He even took the initiative to hold our baby and entertain my toddler while we looked over the suv and ultimately went through the buying paperwork. I cant say enough good things about our experience!! If you’re looking for a vehicle, make this your #1 stop.

Highly recommend Flood Ford. I have been preparing to buy a new truck for about 8 months. After trying to buy a truck from another Ford dealer without success. I went to Flood, my salesperson, Larsen, understood my position and we worked together to get me where I wanted to be.
He knew his stuff and helped me decide between the GMC Denali HD and the King Ranch Superduty.
I’m am very happy with every aspect of my decision to buy from Flood.
