Food was OK. I will say that the shrimp on my shrimp cocktail probably some of the largest that I've had. My mac & cheese was average not over the top. It needs a little something as far as taste and I'm not so sure that I got extra lobster like I asked and paid for, it was very expensive satisfied but it was not over the top as I expected

We love coming here for Sushi and a bottle of wine. Julio, the GM, has always been very accommodating and friendly. Our server Cameron was very good and attentive. The view's not to shabby either?

Service was very good. I ordered salmon medium and it came out well done and dry.. Bok choy was hard as a rock, polenta just ok, Brussels sprouts were good. Also had the oyster app $24 for 5 very small oysters, just ok.... Noise level was very loud. When you are willing to spend so much money on food you expect something exceptional...they were way off the mark... $180 and we don't drink...geesh what a disappointment...

Water Street Kitchen provided the perfect ambiance for catch up with a good friend over cocktails, oysters, & lobster risotto. We stayed for 3 hours and it was such a gift to not be rushed or feel like we were taking up space. Relaxing and appreciated.

The service was just ok. The waiter only had maybe 3-4 tables but was never around. Once we sat it was 10 mins before the server came over and took our drink order, and then another 20 mins to get the drinks. Appetizers took 40-45 mins (oysters, shrimp cocktail, soup, calamari ?). All things that take very little time to prepare/make. The $38 Halibut I was served was dry and overcooked. Noted on the reservation that it was a birthday dinner but the staff never acknowledged or mentioned the birthday. In short, it's a decent place to go for drinks or apps if you want to be by the water. However, be prepared to overpay and be underwhelmed.

Our waiter , Scott was wonderful. Very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable ( when we asked about different items on the menu), and so wanting to please us. I have an issue with an allergy to cucumber. I told him about it. I asked that the cucumber be omitted from my meal. He said - no problem. There were cucumbers on my dinner!! Scot offered to take my meal back but I was ok with it- i just removed them from my plate. Scary, but I did it. Anyway, Scott was GREAT!!

I had dinner there 8/28/24, I got the Statler chicken for an entree. The chicken was very small and very dry. The manager took it off the bill. The water in the bottles they serve needs to be refrigerated, especially on a hot summer night, it was very warm, had to ask for glasses of ice. . I have the California roll it was excellent. Server was very nice. Drinks were yummy. Great view of the marina. My suggestion would be to install some fans in the corners of the outside seating area to just move the air around. It was very warm sitting out there.

Went for nice dinner as this used to be a favorite. Was terrible. Got there for 6:30 and literally were so rushed that we were leaving in 50 minutes. Everything was very rushed. Waiter I believe zack was nice kept pushing to order. Then we ordered dinner was out in 5 minutes thinking things were precooked. Appetizer of calamari was over cooked and very little sweet chili sauce. Asked for more and was brought out cold. Salmon dinner was very dry and overcooked. Brussel sprouts were burnt. Things have changed a lot here.

This is the fourth time we've eaten here since it replaced the prior restaurant which was phenomenal. We love the location overlooking the water, which beckons us back from time to time. However, they really need to find someone who can develop a menu deserving of its location and clientele, to say nothing of their lofty prices. Everything, and I mean everything we've had is mediocre at best, and often just tasteless. I hope they take this message to heart and strive to raise the bar, giving folks like us a reason to return every week (as we once did).

They clearly missed that we had made a reservation on Open Table — we were offered a terrible table. The main course took an hour to arrive. By that time we were angry and didn't want to eat.

if it's starts to rain, their pulled down curtains don't work properly and it gets very uncomfortable They also have trouble controlling their upstairs temperature when temperature drops

Great starters ( raw platter) I would have preferred simple grilled fish but the sauces were tasty. Linguini and clams came in a red sauce and would have preferred white. Good wine list. Patio is right on the water, extremely pleasant!

FOOD = GOOD; SERVICE = SLOW Dining outdoors on the deck here is lovely. Part of the deck is covered which is nice if the sun is strong and you prefer shade. Water Street offers high-tops and standard seating on the deck. The chairs are metal, so if you like cushioned seating, this isn't for you. When we dined mid-day, the deck was about 2/3 full. The hostess was very nice and sat us promptly. It took almost 10 minutes for us to be greeted by our server. She was very nice, but very slow. She engaged in long conversations (not about the menu) with other guests. We finally received our drinks and appetizers which were very tasty. However, we waited an additional 10 minutes after the apps were finished before the server returned and took our main menu order. She never cleared any used app dishes from the table for 2 (very small) until I asked her to remove them - and this was after the entrees were placed at our table.

First time I've been here. I got the fish and chips, but substituted the chips for brussels sprouts and everything was delicious! There was live entertainment that my friend and I enjoyed while we were having drinks and dinner.
