Literally the worst phone system that's ever been used. The system hangs up on you, when you press numbers for certain information, it takes to the wrong menu item. I understand your pharmacy is busy but hire a real person because your phone system isnt cutting it.

I came in to buy a product that is hard to find in stores, the shelf was stocked full of the product however every one was several months expired. I bought a few anyways hoping they would be decent but I ended up returning them to another store.After a month, I needed the product again today. I hadn't told them it was expired yet because I didn't have the time I've been busy. I called to ask them if they had any that wasn't expired. I know that makes me sound mad, but there isn't another way to say it and I said it as plainly as I could. I told them the situation and how I didn't call them back after I discovered the expired product and I just wanted to see if they fixed it. Although I figured they didn't because it had been sitting there for months when I first found it.The man told me there was nothing available. I asked him if he could tell them to order more. I did not like the man's tone throughout the entire conversation. He was sarcastic and combative, and I didn't get an apology for any part of the situation.

Easy in and out, and store is clean with friendly employees. Never had any issues, but also not here often, so maybe I'm just lucky.

Went to CVS for an ice pack. Dylan, the manager was extremely rude, claimed that there were no ice packs. After looking on my own, I was able to find the ice packs. I mentioned nothing to the manager about that fact that I found them but he proceeded to be extremely rude when I was buying the items. I never leave reviews, but the company needs to know the people working for them. I will be going elsewhere for my purchases from now on.

My covid rapid test was cancelled without my knowledge even though I had a printed confirmation of thee appointment. My transferred prescription from another local CVS store was not in the system so I had to wait for the pharmacy tech to straighten that out. I could not find an adult thermometer anywhere only to to be told they are in the baby aisle. Why????? Did I mention this all happened in one visit?

This is the first time I am writing a negative review of my CVS. But for the past few months, it is nearly impossible to check out with the cashiers up front. There seems to never be more than one person at the registers up front. The line gets long, but back up is never called. The one time I tried to use the automatic check out, I needed cash back, but the machine had none, so I had to wait in line again. It takes 4 times longer to check out than to find the articles I want to buy and walk up front. Dry frustrating!!!!
