Saw the reviews for Crestar and thought I'd give them a try. I love this place! The vibe is cool industrial, and I really like watching the framers at work. They did a beautiful job on my art, the price was quite reasonable, the turnaround very quick. I will 100% come back here for my next framing project.

As soon as I entered I knew I had made the right decision! The large warehouse was welcoming with a certain warmth and beautiful artwork! I was greeted promptly by the owner who didn’t hesitate to drop what she was doing to get to work on my rather historical picture! I felt so comfortable with her ideas, input and professionalism I returned the next day with more photos!

Very unprofessional and bizarre business conduct. Without even starting the interview, the owner told me he wasn’t going to hire me. Lol. So I awkwardly.....thanked him for inviting me in for the interview? After all, someone in the room had to be an adult with manners. He clearly lacks in that department. Then I saw my way out of his office. His wife, who also works for the company scurried up to me as I was leaving the building, to fill me in on their framing services... Was she joking?! Was this an attempt to soften the blow of being turned down for the job? “Hey sorry you didn’t get the job, but FYI...we offer x,y, and z services and you should bring all of your business to us.” Does anyone reading this think this sounds a little weird? Needless to say, I won’t be promoting their business nor hiring them to frame my work. They can go to hell.

Brought an item to be framed. One man kept coming up and telling me it would be a couple minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting with my young son he was still no where to be found.

Where do I even start with this one! I don't know how many times I went to JoAnne, AC Moore, and Michael's in the past for framing! I was always totally disappointed with their work, and they always waaaay overcharged me. It was rediculous! Then by the grace of God when my artist son started cranking out stunning art pieces, I found Crestar! Their work is flawless and they have very fair prices.... In fact I will tell them sometimes that I have a very limited budget and even though they are located in the heart of East Greenwich...you dont get the weird look when you say you have a modest budget. Don't get me wrong I have happily dropped money at Crestar when I felt like getting a little crazy (was my choice)...but all and all the prices are super affordable and the work is perfection! Talk to Cathy and give them a shot! They frame everything for me now! Their space is absolutely gorgeous too! Perfect experience every. single. time. Thanks Crestar! : )

I choose Crestar Framing after seeing their sign on Main Street and I was pleased I did. Excellent workmanship professionally delivered! Excellent customer service. My framing idea when I entered changed when their sales person pointed out several other options. Her expertise paid off as I was extremely pleased with the finished product!
