Be careful when using East Greenwich bank branch. My IRA deposit was doubled and entered into two wrong accounts. It took 10 phone calls and 4 days for the bank to make the correction. After all that I never received an apology. It's a scary thought to know who you have to trust with your money at that branch

my account hot hacked. i have been waiting teo days for them to unlock my account so i can pay my bills. so far NOTHINGi have no phone to phone thembecause i couldnt pay my bill. am i ipset ? you bet i am.

Unfortunately they keep getting less and less tellers taken away drive-throughs seems like they're trying to go all automated
