They are very easy to place an order with and they will pick up the empty cartridges so there is no extra steps for you. I love ordering and working with them. We've been customers of Cartridge World for over 5 years, and their customer service is exemplary. The company is still small enough that you get a "family" feel when Harry stops by to check in or personally brings us our cartridges. I highly recommend them for all of your printing needs.

Cartridge World has the best customer service. They call to check in and see how your printer is working and if you are ready to place an order for toner. When you place an order for toner, they deliver the next day. Very easy to work with, would highly recommend Cartridge World!

We have worked with Cartridge World for many years now and can't say enough of the outstanding services we have received from them. Our eight restaurant locations use their No Cost Printer Program which has saved me a lot of time when trying to remember which locations use which ink cartridges. The printers almost never have any problems, and if they do, Cartridge World will come out to repair the printer or leave you another one to use. They also deliver the cartridges to you very quickly. We have since leased a Xerox copier for our office from them and are very pleased with its performance and the automatic delivery service of the low ink cartridges. When the representative from CW visited us and explained the service, we were hesitant because the prices and low level of commitment seemed too good to be true. We have been using CW for a while now, and they are continuing to surpass our expectations; ordering is easy with most often next day delivery, questions and concerns are answered almost immediately, and every person we have dealt with has been knowledgeable and helpful. We are a small library, so we do not order frequently and our orders are small, yet they still treat us as a valued costumer. Thank you Cartridge World!

We have been using Cartridge World for one year now at the West Greenwich Animal Hospital. The toner quality has been great. They come and pick up the old toners and deliver new ones. We are part of the No Cost Printer Program, so we only pay for the cost of the toner. Any issues that we have had, have been dealt with swiftly. I highly recommend them.
