“I went early in the morning for an appointment and even though the system wasn't working well, the worker was polite and patient and got to work on the problem, which was what I presumed to just be a tire with an air problem. Not only did he look through the car to see any possible problems, but after some trial and error, he found the actual problem with the tires. He brought me out to physically see the problems, but explained them to me and pinpointed the true issue. What really topped it off was even after being there for around 40 minutes, he gave me options of what to do and how to proceed without any big payments until it was the right time and didn't charge me a penny. I'm definitely going back when I go get these problems solved”
