I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years, for myself and while handling prescription for family members. They are fantastic, best in Cumberland hands down, and I’ve used the others. Personable, friendly service every time I’ve gone, regardless of which pharmacist is on duty.

you need to retrain or rehire product pickers because the substitutions are awful!!! picked up my order today, I ordered 70.4 ounces of Tyson chicken nuggets and received 29 ounces of perdue organics chicken tenders. first off I ordered 70.4 ounces of chicken. second have you tried the perdue tenders...they are absolutely disgusting. I ordered go gurt yogurts and received go gurt fizzy slushies..yogurts and slushies are not the same and the slushies are nasty. smoked ham was substituted for honey ham. does smoked and honey taste the same...those should not have been substituted whatsoever...there are other issues too. if your employees can't figure how to substitute correctly then either they shouldn't be doing it or it shouldn't be offered. this is the complete worst pick up experience I have ever encountered from any place. now this food is going to get thrown away and I have no money to buy more. the main substitutions I am upset about are: -70.4 ounces purchased...29 ounces received and not nuggets -smoke ham purchased...honey ham received -yogurts purchased...slushies received -ordered thin fast food fries... received thick crinkle cut on top of all of this...when I went online and clicked view order it did not show me all of the items purchased so I thought they weren't there and spent even more money to come home and find out I purchased items twice!! I picked different items because I figured the ones I wanted were out of stock. the most god awful pickup experience of my life!!

Online pick up is CONSTANTLY out of stock. It’s an actual joke when it comes to stock and inventory.

I haven’t had a prescription filled here, but I’ve bought pharmacy items like Tylenol and Band-Aids... It’s convenient, easy in and out, good parking, and you can get points on a stop and shop card to save money at gas stations.

Thought you should know about poor customer service in one of your RHODE ISLAND STORES. PRODUCT WAS CLEARLY LABELED WRONG AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT EVEN HEAR CUSTOMER OUT. . CLEAR AS DAY A HALF PIE WEIGHING LESS THAN A WHOLE PIE AT SAME PRICE PER LB SHOULD NOT BE SAME PRICE !!!
