“Was in a pickle yesterday with an overnight delivery that was trying to be delivered when no one was at the business I manage. Tried calling UPS customer service... HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. The employees on shift at the time were extremely friendly and helpful! “Really excellent local library. All of the amenities of a modern library (computers, scanners, etc.) but still has the cozy feel of a small old school library. Great selection of books alongside Blu-rays, DVDs, and CDs, and more. (Would love a greater video game selection! But they do have Knack™!)Great space just to get out of the house and enjoy a calm space to work or unwind.”
“My poor mother and grandmother had to have a verification of address for a company that helps the elderly with their gas. Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning. Writing this review was a pleasure. Please know your help was not only generous but may have been life saving.”

“Minuteman press is a top notch place! I cannot say anything but wonderful things about this place, especially Medicis. I went here when I was in a bind starting up my business and the first time I went in, I came out with some ideas and she was so helpful in thoughts about colors, sizing etc and got me on track to submit what I needed to meet my deadline. Today when I went back to get even more labels printed and although they were very busy, Medicis took her time with me, making sure everything was approved to my liking. Medicis is very patient, caring and excellent at her job. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you again!”

“On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”

“I have to say, this place has never disappointed me. Even on busy days when the line is outside the door, the staff is super friendly and efficient. They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”
