The Planet Fitness on Mendon Road is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful and people just kind of mind their own business, which I appreciate. My favorite PF so far.

The water machine has been broken for 4 months and comes out in a trickle. It takes 4 turns to fill a 16oz water bottle.

One of the great places for exercise/stretching. You can do cardio and weight all in the same place.The environment is very good and machines are mostly available. They have mazorly all machine which a fitness point requires.Sometimes you may need to wait for a bench as they only have 4 to 5 sets of benches.Plenty of parking space is available. I really have a very good experience here.

Showers are trash, clean, but knobs are broken and couldn't get hot water from any of them.

Planet fitness is very clean and has a fitness apparatus for everyone. /the staff is very friendly and helpfull. I asked the young man at the desk to point out an area to improve my golf swing. He took me there and got me set up. Very nice!

The always revolving staff is very attentive and friendly. The cardio machines are well maintained. The dumbbells are inadequate, with the weights going up to only 60 pounds, forcing me to do certain exercises at home. There is no decline bench anywhere in the joint. My biggest issue however is with their so called lifetime membership of less than a Benjamin per year, which was just reneged on and raised by a whopping 233%. That's a bit much. Why would anyone in their right mind want to prepay for the whole year anymore when they can pay monthly for less than half that?

This facility is very clean. Staff is nice and always welcoming. I have been to other PFs where I have been ignored when I arrived.

Very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Even though it's a bit far from my home, I still would like to stick with it.
