I've been there a few times and he has been beyond helpful each time. I've never seen such quality customer service from a place before and especially from a paint store. They don't just treat you as if you're going to get some paint and then leave. They make it a personalized experience and helps ensure you get the perfect color and outcome that you're looking for. Jake has also been extremely helpful. Whatever you are paying them, it's not enough! This would have been stressful for me to pick out colors but thanks to Rocky, this has been a pleasurable experience! I hope this helps others when considering a place to go to for paint. Not only is the quality of the paint really good, but the employees are even better! And I hope management/higher ups see this too because they need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication and quality that they bring to each customer!!!”

“I wanted to share my experience with an employee at the Sherwin-Williams location in North Providence. The persons name was Steve. I took on the task of painting the exterior of my house. Steve took the time to explain to me the types of paint I would need for the different areas, helped me choose what tools and was patient throughout the whole thing, despite my many questions. Thanks again Steve.”

“My son turned 13 during "quarantine" so he wasn't able to have the big party with friends that he imagined would be the kick off to his teenage years. So, we decided that we would invest some time, effort, and money in updating his room to create a cool, age appropriate space for him. He picked a theme, and while we were rearranging the furniture, it was obvious that we needed to start the transformation by applying a fresh coat of paint to the walls. We visited the shop on Newport Avenue and had the whole place to ourselves. We picked out a few swatches, brought them home to see them in the everyday lighting in our house, and picked the perfect color. We returned to the shop and were still the only customers inside. We selected washable and durable interior paint that should hold up well in a teenagers room and had two cans mixed up. We also pick up spackle and a paint roller kit to make the task as easy and foolproof as possible. The young man who assisted us was helpful and friendly and took excellent care of us.”
“I had to come to this location because the other story went to did not have the base in a quart. The clerk at the other location called the head for me to make sure this location had what I needed. When I got there they mixed the color for me quickly the service was nice the store looks great good experience”
