Integrity. That's what I seen today. Kindness and PROFESSIONALISM at its best. Thank you Mark the delivery driver from Old Dominion. I wasn't home and he waited and wasn't mad at all. Great guy and he spoke VERY HIGHLY OF OLD DOMINION. Saying you guys are a great company to work for. Thanks again very happy with the delivery service. 10 stars if I could!!!!

Customer service (dispatchers) are great. The local drivers (pick up/drop off) are the best. I found Renee to be a very understanding and professional driver as well as the other driver(s) involved in our drop off and pick up. There was a small issue with our move (not related to Old Dominion) and they were all quick to resolve with no problem, no delays, and no difficulties. Highly recommended.

Driver turned around in my parking lot running over a dozen parking lot dividers. Complete lack of common sense. I called to complain and they said the person in charge would call me back to how they would like to resolve. Never called me back.

OD called on a Thursday and made a Friday appt. for my residential delivery. Appt. time came and went so I called OD. Response was sorry- appt was made for yesterday (nobody came then either, we were home!) and nobody is here now. Delivery couldn't be before Monday. Only option was to go there and pick it up myself! PATHETIC.

Awful service and driver! Box was destroyed and when we told him he used our bathroom and did his business all over the floor! Would not recommend!

All went well with my pick up. Everyone was professional, courteous and very friendly. The facility was very clean and efficiently run, actually, I was impressed with them and enjoyed my experience.
