I stopped by to pick up a rose bush for a relative and wound up buying two. There were abundant, healthy rose bushes to choose from, and Kelly was a wealth of knowledge! Friendly and personable, after she helped another customer load 24 bags of soil into his car, she answered every question I had and was kind and patient with my daughter. We'll be back:)

I really enjoyed my first visit here. I know I will be returning here next spring. I picked up a new variety of tomato, Indigo Rose, so I'm excited for that. I was there with my 3 yr old and she was starting to get restless, and I was honestly struggling with managing the cart while constantly redirecting her. The staff noticed this, but instead of shaming me, or asking me to "have control of my child" they asked her to help them put all of our chosen plants unto cartons. This gave her something to do, and she was eager to help, and I think this is five star service. Plus, the variety of veggies, flowers, and indoor plants was amazing. The two dogs and cat were also a bonus. I was very happy with my experience here.

Excellent selection of huge, healthy plants. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a very cool opportunity to check out a plant called "Popcorn" plant that smells exactly like fresh popcorn! It was cultivated there in the greenhouse specially and I felt honored to get a VIP look and smell of it!! Such a cool experience.

Stopped in today for the first time, they were very helpful, informative, and friendly. Great prices healthy plants and a good selection. Will be adding to my list of frequently visited nurseries

We love this place. Even though it is not that big they have a nice variety of choices of trees shrubs and plants. Everyone has been helpful and friendly enough without being overwhelming. We Haven't lost anything we've purchased over the last 3 ish years. It's nice that it's closer to us. Way easier to get trees home than going up to Briggs (love them too btw)

Bought 2 yards of screened loam/compost mix. My pictures show a sample of what was delivered. It was horrible and their customer service was even worse. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

After buying plants weekly to build my garden beds, a couple of people who worked there would make rude comments about me being there. I will not go back after hearing it multiple times.

I bought 2 yards of screened loam/compost mix from Northland Farms and Garden in **********, ** for seeding patchy areas in my lawn and to add to my garden. As I started to spread the mix, I noticed there was an excessive amount of large, hard clumps. We had heavy rain for a few days after. When the mix dried it was hard as a rock, a lot of small rocks had surfaced and the large clumps had not broken down with the heavy rainfall. Before seeding, I called Northland Farms to tell them of my concerns and dissatisfaction of their product. **** at Northland Farms and I went back and forth leaving voice messages and playing phone tag for a few weeks. When I was able to speak to him, I would always tell him how dissatisfied I was with what they had delivered to me. His snarky and rude reply was always, What do you want me to do about it? He did send out a few people one day with ***** for fifteen minutes to break up some of the large clumps and to appease me. I worked so hard for two weeks trying to break up the large clumps, but there were just too many; it was impossible. At one time when I spoke to ****, he said he would send a partial check. Well, after working so hard for two weeks with the mix they had brought me and having no success, I told ****, Based on the poor quality of their product, I want a full refund. Being a ***************, he arrogantly said, Well, you will have to return it! So I asked him, And how am I supposed to do that? I told him I was going to contact the Attorney General and he said Go ahead! I hung up. There was no sense in me trying to deal with someone like that. I dont know what was worse their product or their customer service. Do yourself a favor and get your gardening supplies somewhere else; there are a lot of other places to shop. (I gave it one star only because I had too)

Beautiful greenhouse, a very polite and helpful customer service person. The house plants were varied. Tropicals, succulents, foliage. Absolutely beautiful, will be returning soon.

My favorite part about this place is the very friendly and kind staff that work here (not to mention their INCREDIBLE selection). I would especially like to acknowledge Patti who took the time to educate me on how to care for a plant at the cemetery. I came in with a mum that wasn’t doing well because of my own lack of knowledge and she very sweetly had me replace it with a new one (I wasn’t even expecting that or had that intention, was only looking for plant advice). Not only did she do that, she went out of her way to make it look so pretty with added moss and details to make it just right. Her warm sunny energy and kindness to go above and beyond really made my day. This will be the only place I shop for my flower/plant needs going forward and I’m really looking forward to giving them my business in the future. Thank you again, Patti! ?
